Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Newnan, GA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. Customer service experiences at this location vary. Some associates provide extremely patient and helpful service from start to finish, with specific praise for the professional and helpful staff in appliances and gardens. One associate in gardens was called an absolute angel for repotting plants and offering great help. Another associate was very helpful, assisting with lifting an item into a truck with no questions asked, and a manager was thanked for working with customers during payment. However, customer service can be a hit or miss. Some associates are described as not helpful at all but rather rude, refusing to call over a manager and not completing the job properly, which left customers unhappy. At the checkout, the experience can feel non-customer service, with some staff watching customers very closely. Overall, while some experiences will bring customers back, the service is inconsistent.

This is the third time in recent weeks that I have come in and needed help however, a PA is made from the self checkout area and no one responds. This is exactly why people like me who don’t like Amazon unfortunately, start to use Amazon. No customer service.
