“Ian (really hope i remembered his name right) was great !! was there a few days ago to ask about a phone and they didn't have it but I was able to find one and bring it back to have it set up and he really took his time to make sure he got everything swapped over right , got my screen protector on for me and even put the case on for me . He saved me the trouble of having to do it and was very sweet to my wild 6 year old who just wanted to run around the store ? customer service is why I stay with cricket !!”

“I went to the store today earlier it’s inside Walmart in Newnan Georgia. I went there for a case for my brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that I just got a few days ago off Amazon in excellent conditions. The case that I got for at the store it is also on Amazon between nine dollars and $15 the store up charged me the case for 40 dollars a screen protector for 43 dollars that was a up charge if you need a case for your new phone just get it off of amazing please don’t buy it from this store bc of the up charge on the case’s especially for android ever for some the iPhone cases are overcharged in price.”
