“Awesome experience. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind. Needed to port mom’s number over from AT&T, long story short AT&T very unhelpful, was charging her $170 for a flip phone and ended up not giving us the correct port number, Verizon guy was like ‘let me help you out’ he pulled some magic and bam $170 became about $10 a month + the cost of a new flip phone (hers was too old to do anything with, no fault of theirs) and he somehow got the number to port over. I wish I was good with names, I’d request that gentleman again.”

“They were able to repair my international phone. I had to order the battery on Amazon, but once I brought it in Ace was able to repair it and more. He realized it wasn't just the battery but also the cord that connected the battery to the motherboard and repaired that too! Come thru Ace!! He saved my phone and my business! Part 2: I had to come back for a cracked screen on my Samsung. Again my phone was saved and it's back to normal. Always pleased with their work.”
