Customer service on phone tell me to go store for support. Rep very rude states we dont have tech support here never pulled my account to see what was going on. Horrible service.

Used to be a the best company but it's gone downhill. The customer service team was okay but seemed to force things on you.

I went in because I needed help, and thought it was a lost cause to get my information from a phone I locked myself out of to a new phone. The gentleman who worked what I consider a miracle, is named Stanley. He was friendly, confident and we hit it off. He knows his stuff. It was my pleasure to meet you and thanks again for your help. Verizon is Not The place to go for phones, service, etc.
They did not address my concerns. I've been trying to have them fix my problem since Feb. They made promises to me thru one of their sales reps that they would not deliver on. Said he promised me things that they could not provide to me. And this is after I had already paid $58 down. Of which I am still trying to recoup. I am more than disappointed in verizon as a company. Smh

Went in for a new phone. Paid full price only to find out after my account had a free loyalty upgrade. I was never made aware of this by the sales rep in store. I found out after calling corporate, who was very helpful at getting it corrected. It took over an hour to get it fixed the next day in store / with corportate. Secondly, I queried about a laptop sim with a different sales rep this day was told that verizon does not offer laptop sims anymore. Only to find out they do after the fact. They really need better training and customer service at this location.

we just went to Russell Cellular in Newnan and couldn't get them to help us. Drove to Verizon store in Newnan by Ashley Park. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and given a wait time. The lady who helped us went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectation! We are an older couple and needed help activating our new iPhone with an E sim. Thank you Christain!!!!

Horrible customer service my wife an my daughter went to the store an they were trying to get inf about one of my 5 telephone lines that I’ve for the last 8 years paying Verizon almost 300 dls a month they were assisted by a Latino big dude that really shows that the worst enemy of a Latino is another Latino person this person that I don’t have the the name because I wasn’t there was really disrespectful to my family hope someone on this store can make some changes with this person I’ve been a customer for Verizon for the last 8 years an I’m really considering to change my phone provider

Disappointing service from Verizon stores should be growing..sadly Verizon forcing customers to use online stores which are horrible. Person to Person interaction for items such as technical and phones always needed Verizon used care.

Wait to long but service great
