“After doing my research, I chose to buy a reconditioned Metabo 12" sliding miter saw w laser at Big Sky. I live near Norcross, GA, so I went there before making this decision to see for myself what kind of operation they've got and how they would treat a walk-in customer. Big Sky Tool team members exceeded my expectations in EVERY possible way...in person. My visit was followed up by several emails inquiring about product availability, warranty info, clarification on A versus C and other simple questions; all emails were replied to within 24 hours, addressing each and every question/concern I had, in a thorough, professional and HONEST manner. As a DIY Woodworker, I will continue shopping at Big Sky Tool for all my tools/equipment offered there. BTW, the miter saw works, looks, and feels brand new, even though I paid WAY less than this saw costs brand new! Once I got the box home, I found the saw was packed extremely well so that, had it been shipped, I'm confident it would've arrived with zero problems. Strongly recommend.”

“All I needed was 3 measly cabinet hinges, and it was confusing because they all look so similar in the pictures. I called & spoke with Allen and asked him if I could send him a pic of what I needed. He promptly got back to me and told me which hinge I needed. I had to call with questions and he called me back right away. He took my order on Thursday and the hinges arrived on Friday. But what really sold me on the customer service @ HGH is that, while Allen was probably dealing with people ordering thousands of $ worth of cabinets, he treated my order of 3 hinges like they were just as important. I could not be more pleased.”

“Every summer, I start a new project and every summer I go to Home Depot or Lowe's. This Home Depot is an equal distance from my house as the closest Lowe's as well as another Home Depot. I tend to use this one because they don't change their layout and they usually have the most friendly staff. I did not give them five stars because they have two shortcomings. 1.) If there's not someone right there on the aisle or on the aisle next you where you are at, it takes quite a while to get help if you need it. Asking someone to call on the radio is best (the overhead loud speaker is nearly pointless), but a lot of the time they don't get responses from the people they've called on the radios either. 2.) If the wood guy is missing, getting your cuts could take 30 minutes or more. Yikes! It happens more often than you'd think and sometimes he's right there, but he's helping another customer decide which wood to purchase... In my opinion, if you're already done selecting your wood and need a couple cuts, they should come on over. The other people can wait as they still don't even know what they need. Ok, so now the good stuff: I've NEVER not found someone that knew what they were talking about. You can be assured that anyone on the floor knows something about something at this Home Depot. The hardware aisle and plumbing aisles get the most traffic, so they usually have at least 1 person hanging out there at all times. The people at this store have literally NEVER had a bad attitude with me either. They are always in a good mood -or they are tired and indifferent- but never have they been rude or mean or anything in-between. They do customer service right at this store- at least, in my experience. I've seen some customers come in angry and set the mood real quick, but even with those customers, the employees did a great job of handling things without getting upset, themselves. This is my Home Depot.”
