Not only were they prompt, efficient and incredibly hard working – they were just some of the nicest guys! Ed and his crew Brandon, Miles and Trey after they installed my furniture I asked could they move a single desk from the property I was using and Ed had no problem doing it. These guys didn’t miss a beat. I hope in the near future if needing more furniture delivered and install it will be Ed and his crew. “Prices aren't online or even in the stores tagged so you'll have to ask the salesman for everything.It'll actually all be cheaper than modern furniture of comparable items (the couches in here will cost less than a modern couch from any other new furniture store) but much better quality as these pieces are built to last vs modern furniture.The only reason not to visit would be if you prefer modern styles - you'd be paying more than what Colony Furniture will offer if you go to other places either way.”

This is a family business, husband and wife, the friendliest people you'll ever do business with, don't believe these negative reviews about being unprofessional or rude, its simply not their character. People get mad about petty stuff and try to tarnish others reputation. The majority of my house came from this store and the pieces are still conversation items.”

“Tiffany, the GM at the Jimmy Carter location, came out to my home and personally and made sure my items were delivered and handled properly. There were some issues with one of the pieces due to how it was handled by her drivers but she made sure we were taken care of on the back end. She’s absolutely awesome and definitely takes care of her customers!”

“I actually went to RTG Outlet just to look around and get a feel of some furniture that I was thinking of purchasing. However, I saw some great pieces so I end up purchasing them.The only downside that a lot of these furniture has to be up because they only offer delivery for the new furniture in the store.”

“Expensive, but quality seems good. Takes too long for delivery though. Almost a month.Response: My items are suppose to be delivered this Friday. I ordered last month but was told to call the next day for a delivery date, and then was told the next available delivery date was this Friday October 14th. However, I'm still waiting for the call to let me know the time frame for delivery.”
“If you're looking for unique pieces of solid wood furniture, then you really need to take a look at their inventory. We went in looking for an entryway bench, but couldn't find one that fit our space. However we *did* find the perfect little bench for the foot of our bed! The quality is great and the people are just lovely. Highly recommend.”

They moved all that heavy stuff about with a smile and all the patience you could hope for. They are knowledgeable about the beds, sleep positions and wanted to get you the best night’s sleep.
