“Coming into this shop was a great idea , I got recommended from a few people and finally gave it a try , the facility is quick and reliable , I’ve yet to have a issue with this auto shop , oil change to breaks have been done A1 on time , 0 slack in the business it’s a very clean facility and not to mention they topped off my fluids while I paid for the oil change and made sure tpms where looking good . Since my last visit I’ve recommend friends and family here all the time and they love the service that’s done . Everyone knows what they are doing and it makes it such a great establishment ! Very clean shop !

“Other mechanics have not been able to to figure out what was wrong with my car as to why my back tires were eating up too much tread. The other mechanics also did not listen to me first and just stated their opinions, interrupting, and making jokes of me “quemando llanta”.
When I tell you that these mechanics, like Miguel & Mirabel,LISTENED FIRST!!! As a women, I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS. They did not berate me, they did not interrupt, Miguel explained to me very kindly on possible reasons of what could be happening when I drive my car.
I was told by other mechanics that it could be a suspension problem and that I was going to need to change it out. Mind you I showed these mechanics the previous alignment report that was done on my car. I showed J&M Mechanic MIGUEL the alignment report and immediately told me the previous mechanic who did the alignment did absolutely nothing. And that the other mechanic who told me about changing my suspension was wrong. All my car needed was an alignment & a camber bolt! Thank you to everyone at J&M!! I will definitely come back!”

I recently visited Mike Haddad Muffler Auto Repair to address an issue with my catalytic converter. I found him to be incredibly reliable and skilled in his work. He removed and replaced a part of the catalytic converter, welded a new piece, and also added a gallon of oil to the engine. He was able to fix all major problems, and to my surprise, he did not charge me anything since I am a newcomer. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and kindness.

“I had my transmission repaired not replaced unlike what other transmission shops including some well known transmission companies told me that I needed a new transmission.The highest quote I received was $9000.00, and the company was more than eager to finance the replacement cost. My mechanic at Robert’s mechanic in Suwannee referred me to Jim at Norcross Transmission Service.I took my vehicle to Jim, after checking the vehicle, I was shocked to hear that I didn’t need a new transmission. The transmission was repaired and it cost $1400.00.It was one year ago and the vehicle is driving impeccably.
