I gave never had a better experience with a company than the one u had with EZ Prints. I had a problem with my order and they fixed it before I could even ask for anything. I simply stated the problem and they fixed it. So grateful for such great customer service.

Ordered several prints for family and friends as Christmas presents. About half showed up with the color temperature totally weird and wrong. I brought this to their attention, got an immediate response and now they’ve ghosted me. It’s kind of a bummer as I’ve been ordering prints from them off and on for 6-7 years. Just one example below.

EDIT 1/18/24: It gets worse. Back on Jan. 9th, an EZ Prints Customer Care Representative contacted us and offered to reprint the missing passport photos (for a third time) and expedite shipping them along with the envelopes we were shorted. This was supposed to be 2-day shipping. They also agreed to refund us 50% of the cost of the order for our inconvenience. It's now nine days later, and we still have not received this "expedited" order, nor have we received any refund. It's now been over a month since the initial order was placed.Do not use this company. If you do, buyer beware. If something goes wrong, EZ Prints will not fix the problem.EDIT 1/9/24 : I immediately emailed the person who responded to this review, and have received no response to that email. Clearly, they respond to Google reviews to give the appearance of taking care of problems, but don’t trust appearances. They don’t care, and they don’t actually follow up.Original review 1/8/24: Don’t bother ordering from here if you actually want to receive what you ordered. Placed an order for two passport photos and holiday cards on 12/15/2023. Holiday cards arrived, beautifully printed, but short on envelopes. Disappointing to have to scramble to find envelopes that fit to be able to mail all the cards we ordered.Passport photos weren’t in the same package, even though I’d only been sent a single tracking number.Upon calling customer service, they tell me there is a glitch that didn’t send me the second tracking number. They give it to me over the phone. It’s the “Mail Innovations” service that starts with UPS and transfers to USPS. Well, it scanned as “departed to USPS facility on 12/22,” and never arrived at USPS or at the destination.I called CS again, and they agreed to reprint it and expedite shipping, but said I would need to call back in four business days to get a tracking number, because they don’t automatically send them for reprints.I called back on 1/8 for the tracking number, and they tell me that it wasn’t expedited, because it was a problem with shipping, and they only expedite when it’s a problem with their printing. Way to take ownership of the customer experience! Big thumbs down on that.I get the tracking number for the second Mail Innovations package which I was told shipped on 12/31. Tracking shows it had never even been scanned into UPS’ system at all. Its only status is “Ready for UPS. 12/31/2023 5:30pm.”Since I’m still on the phone with CS, I relay this to them, and the agent says, “well, there’s nothing we can do about that. We can either reprint it or refund you, but not until 10 full business days have passed since it was reprinted. They probably won’t reprint it again though, because we can’t just keep reprinting it. Call back if you don’t receive it by 1/12.”There is nothing more frustrating and infuriating as a customer than being shrugged off by customer service with “Well, it’s not OUR fault! Call UPS. It’s their issue.” When you run a business, you own the customer experience as a whole. If a service provider you do business with in that chain of customer experience causes dissatisfaction, you handle it with that service provider while doing whatever it takes to provide the customer with the experience you want associated with your business. So, I can’t speak to the quality of their passport photo prints, but as a professional photographer, I will tell all of my clients to steer clear of ever ordering anything from EZprints.

Not impressed at all. I used target photos and loved them. I order wood pictures and they are not even the same color and have lines going down the pictures. I have ask for a refund and to have them redone. Immediately heard back and then nothing. I also got my prints and I am not happy with them as well. The photos feel like they are on super thin paper and not great quality. I will not order from them again

Horrible customer service, ordered the pictures on the 5 of November, payed extra for fast delivery! EZ Prints promised to send them off quickly, but it took them 5 days to make them, then it took another 4 days to deliver to us, We have a business ourselves, how can you stay in business, when you can't count, on them! Target may trust you, we know better, people beware for EZ Prints, go somewhere else, there are Better print companies, with even free delivery! I gave them 1 Star , only because, I could not go lower

I needed custom 3x5 prints for a birthday gift. A special occasion trip. Instead of shrinking down to size, they cut or cropped them without my approval. Of the 60 I ordered, a good portion are unusable because our faces are cut off. No attempt to even center. Will never order from this company again.

We paid extra for shipping, received it late, and when we asked for a partial refund for the $15 we paid for shipping, they said "Nope" and "Not gonna happen but keep trying". Customer service here is abysmal, and when brought to a managers attention, the manager sided with them, saying they did they're jobs in a "responsible manner". I'd recommend anywhere else.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out and refunded my shipping charges. Much better!Poor customer service. I paid the upcharge so that my prints would be delivered by a specific date. Still didn't have them a week later. I reached out to customer service to see if they would waive the charge or at least offer a promo code for a future order. I got a rude answer and no apology. Next time, I'll use Shutterfly.

Seriously- I ordered 20 party invitations on 09/05- the expected date to be delivered is BY 09/12 at the latest. They finally shipped (shipping costs $16.67 for paper invitations!!!). I checked the shipping tracker and they SHOULD be here by end of day 09/18! 7 days later- never again!!!

Quality of photos okay. Put my order in end of June- paid for expedited shipping to have photos arrive a week before my wedding. I ordered 8 photos only- (5) 4x6 and (3) 8x10. I received the 5 memorial table photos (2+ weeks later) the day of rehearsal and just received our engagement photos today for our wedding, which was held on July 14th. Will NEVER use this company again! Shutterfly who linked with Costco will be my go to. Terrible timing to try a new company. Don't make the same mistake.

This was my first time ordering with EZ Prints, and while the photo book I ordered was good quality, it arrived 5 days post estimated delivery date (where I had maintained a buffer of at least 2 days). This was supposed to be a gift for someone traveling internationally, and it arrived pretty late! Now, I have paid $$$ for a worthless book catching dust in the corner of our house, and my family left without a gift! If, after years of business, they can't provide better estimates on delivery dates, they shouldn't be in business!

I would give zero stars personally. Got thank you cards for my daughters bday and the bottom where it’s signed was cut off. Contacted customer service 3 separate times all the same person who claimed she never received my emails. Go thru Walgreens or cvs and you will have a better result

This is the most horrific company I have ever done business with. For years they were well operated and very customer oriented. Now Kimberly the customer service rep is rude, inconsiderate and shouldn’t ever be on the front line interfacing with people.

I used target photo previously and my photos came out great. I just had a baby and printed a few of my pictures from my phone (which I have a very high quality and resolution camera on my phone and have printed through Target before and they came out wonderfully with Target Print). They came horribly cropped from the originals to the point where my husbands face isn’t even in some of the pictures of him and our newborn son. In addition the sizing is warped (stretched for whatever reason). Save your money I don’t recommend. I literally have to reprint all of these because I want them to be right considering these are newborn prints. Very dissatisfied.
