Despite the long wait time, the customer service was amazing. The team there noticed other issues that they explained to me would’ve been unsafe to drive in and they were able to take care of it.

I have been going to the Firestone on Spalding Dr for 25 years and will not go anywhere else because of the people. They have always provided great service, never tried to sell me something not needed and very easy to work with.
