By far the best experience I have gotten in an auto service sector. I was treated like I matter and my problems were addressed with urgency. All I needed were 4 tires. Seemed simple enough. I scheduled a week in advance and I was told that my tires would be ordered and they would have them by my appointment day. I called the day of my appointment 1.5hrs before and they told me they still don’t have the tires but they’ll have them in an hour. Dropped my car off and the tires were still not there. Someone proceeded to tell me that the reason they did not have the tires was because I didn’t have a deposit which no one told me about prior. 4hrs+ I show up to pick up my car and I see the car still on the lift, both technicians just chilling on their phones and I was told I still needed to wait 35-40mins. While I was sitting in the waiting area I witnessed the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen at an Auto Shop. The technician literally walked inside and asked permission to put the tires back on the car. WHAT! I was in complete disbelief. Needless to say that this was my first and absolute LAST time I’ll come here.

Where do I start? I went in to get my front brakes replaced and left 3 hours later. I told them to only replace the front brakes and exchange the brake fluid and they added replacing the rotors as well. This added another $293.93 to my bill. Overall with coupons and a military discount I left $622.29 lighter. But, my vehicle no longer shakes when I hit the brakes so yeah.

I have only good things to say about the Firestone Store on Spalding Drive and Holcomb Bridge Road. My husband and I have used them for years to have our tires aligned without any issues. The front staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was excellent!
