They always greet you with a friendly face and offer their help with anything you need. CHRIS works everywhere from cashier to HANDYMAN putting together lots of their products. Hamida’s always working to keep things Organized. The store continually offers new and interesting items.”
“Here is a quick anecdote of why I loved my experience at Rooms to Go Outlet today. We started at a higher end (priced, anyhow) store and actually purchased. Then we went to a furniture outlet specializing in meatballs (Swedish, that is) among other items. Sorry, but cheap and overpriced.For our needs (mid century modern and small) we went to Rooms to Go Outlet. What an amazing variety that conformed to our needs! What a reasonable set of price points! Most of all, what a brilliant sales agent: Alex. Alex briefed us on the store and then gave us room to pick our items out. Yet, he was constantly near enough to allow for any questions or explanations that we needed. He was helpful without ever being pushy, he was friendly and professional, and his demeanor allowed us the latitude to complete our shopping with more items than we originally started shopping for. He was terrific. I recommend Rooms to Go Outlet without hesitation, especially because of Alex.”

“I was looking for a discontinued Karastan rug and it appeared on the net that RugSmart had it in stock. I sent an email and Lou Rissone replied promptly. He told me that he did not have it and I was unlikely to find it since it had been discontinued 3 months earlier but he would check with Karastan when they opened. He then followed up as he said he would to tell me it would be available in 2 months, although no longer in the size I needed as they were reworking their manufacturing. He knew the size I needed so he knew this was potentially a dead-end but he followed up anyway. Wow! What amazing customer service!”

I loved this store! We stopped in while walking around the area and this place was so cute. The 2 men working there were very kind, and available for questions while sitting behind the counter. They gave off Older Married Couple vibes, but I won't say there were. The store goes back pretty far, like 2 or 3 rooms. Their Home section and Garden section were nicely separated. They have nice products that are made with goat cheese, as well as very cute magnetic Salt & Pepper shakers. We weren't spoken to when we left, but they were nice enough throughout our time in there, that that's okay.”
