“Great service and ease of buying/delivery. Our salesperson, Ruth, met us at the door and welcomed us in. After asking our names, she asked what we might be looking for. After telling her, she led us to the location in the showroom and gave us plenty of time to look around. No high-pressure sales. She was available to answer questions and was very helpful in showing us how the furniture operated.”
“Samir from the Snellville location helped to resolved an issue that I had after I went to the LazBoy store to discuss my situation. Samir called me the next day to inform me that he called the appropriate dept and someone will either call him or me with an update. I went back to the store several days later to let Samir know that i did not get feedback. He called his contact while I was at the store and helped to get the issue resolved.
Samir is very professional and really cares about customers issues. He follows through on what he states he will do.

“This store is clean and well organized with great new products. Very reasonably priced items for the kitchen, home linens, towels, luggage and electronics. My husband and I was surprise of the items and how well stocked. Name brands, Cuisinart, Instapot, Conair, Delsey Paris, and unique and designer kitchen, gifts etc.....Uzair provided great service and is great! The visit to Home Lots is definitely worth it!! New items come in weekly!”

“Visited Personify in Duluth for the first time while my mom was in town, and... what a delight! Major Shop Around the Corner vibes, if you know what I mean. This charming little store is beautifully curated with whimsical home and personal items, charming children's wear, and an incredible selection of women's clothing and accessories! Almost immediately upon entry, mom and I were greeted by a cool and stylish lady, wearing brightly-colored jeans, funky glasses, and a Pink Floyd tee. We learned that she - Tammy - is the elder of this mom/daughter owned store. The staff was friendly and helpful to all their shoppers, I noticed, (not overbearing at all) while the store was pleasantly active on a Saturday afternoon. As we browsed literally the entire store, admiring seemingly every item, I was excited to see clothing brands like Umgee, THML, POL, Free People, and Daydreamer. The inventory was FULL of the kinds of statement colors, patterns, textures, and silhouettes that any artfully-curated closet needs! We wanted everything in the store and had to practice restraint! Walked away with a couple choice items and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. So grateful to've found such a magical little gem in Duluth!”
“We have gone to this location for years. Always plenty of employees located within the store. Problem at times is too few registers open. As lines increase, they (sometimes too slowly) open more registers. A good supply of decor for just about any season. They always have holiday items nearly 6 mos. ahead. Large selection of sewing fabrics and supplies. Other departments are always well stocked. I wish they would go back to 40% off coupons, so we could use on other mfg products. There alternating HL sale items is ok, but sometimes you really want a brand name instead. Would be nice to have a discount on those. Store is always clean and orderly.”

“I just wanted to give this store a wonderful review. They helped me gather a bunch of model rocket engines for a cubscout camp. They called around in the area at other hobby lobbys and got them to reserve them for me and I was able to get enough for the camp. They were a HUGE help!”

“The energy from the staff and within the store was absolutely AMAZING! I spoke with Chris (the assistant manager) who was very friendly and welcoming. Troy was the employee to assist me throughout my visit and was such a positive blessing to speak with. She was so incredibly upbeat and personable, I felt like I was speaking with a long time friend and not someone I had just met 30 minutes prior. With living far away from all Earthbound locations, THIS was the exact energy I was hoping to feel when visiting. “I like this homegoods store off Indian Trail.It's very comforting knowing what they're gonna have, so you could go get exactly what you want. And it's fun seeing the new merchandise. I also love looking at the clearance items, and things for sale. Most people don't know this but they have rubber pot holders. Works great for opening bottletops,like Spaghetti sauce jars, pickels, any kind of bottle jar's.LOL!!! An FYI!”

“I was looking for a discontinued Karastan rug and it appeared on the net that RugSmart had it in stock. I sent an email and Lou Rissone replied promptly. He told me that he did not have it and I was unlikely to find it since it had been discontinued 3 months earlier but he would check with Karastan when they opened. He then followed up as he said he would to tell me it would be available in 2 months, although no longer in the size I needed as they were reworking their manufacturing. He knew the size I needed so he knew this was potentially a dead-end but he followed up anyway. Wow! What amazing customer service!”
“Beware when ordering items from this company. I purchased glass vases for an event and paid over $100 for shipping. Three out of 4 vases arrived completely shattered. There was not sufficient support to prevent the glasses from breaking while in transit. I called multiple times and sent emails to customer service but received a response 2 days later and after my event had passed. They said they would send me new vases to replace the shattered one despite me asking for a refund instead.
When the box of replaced vases arrived, there was only 1 vase in the box and not three ! I emailed and called again. I was told a man named Mark will call me back but he never did. I emailed again requesting a refund and received a response stating 3 vases were in the box not 1. This is inaccurate. It’s been over 2 months and I am yet to receive a refund or 2 other missing vases.
Terrible company and customer service. Rather invest and purchase your inventory from other companies like efavormart or CV linens that have better shipping and packaging systems and have a reliable customer service department.

“I like to go to Homegoods whenever there is one close by. This means I go even while traveling. The Tucker, GA location is by far the best. Not just the selection but the store if every well organized and neat. Generally when stores have so much daily inventory it a headache with the treasure hunting. This store was thee best and everyone was so nice and helpful! If you like Homegoods like I do, its worth a visit to this location.”
