βWent in today and met Nia the super awesome assistant manager! She helped me find a perfect match to the seat cowl for my motorcycle so I could paint my fuel tank to match. She gave me all the supplies I needed at a very fair price! Even gave me a rundown of all the mixing steps and ratios. Very helpful! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for her service and great products! Can't wait to start spraying.β

βIβve had the good fortune of buying paint from the Inside Out Benjamin Moore paint stores for many years and always appreciated their help and guidance. As Iβm planning to refinish some outdated elements in my fatherβs home during a rather rushed timeline, their level of service shined. From efficient advice in planning the project over the telephone to nailing down the paint, product type, sheen and so on, to scheduling pickup, they didnβt miss a beat.
Andrew called me in follow up to planning, having looked at pictures and advising on everything. He optimized my time, was decisive about advice while listening and digesting my thoughts; he knew what he was talking about and could quickly and concisely explain why.
John, the owner, is always available to advise as well. He genuinely cares about his customers; even small jobs are considered importantβ¦ itβs not the $s or the size of a job that seem important as he takes time to listen, educate and advise. βShubert paint came through for us after a contractor did a bad job painting and finishing a custom install. The paint used was a lacquer paint, something my husband and I have never used. It needs to be sprayed on. Shubert answered all my questions and offered several tip to get a good finish. They filled a couple automotive grade spray cans for us as well which helped produce a good finish on the surfaces where we had to do some touchup.

The associate, Daniel, was very helpful in listening to my needs and recommending me a variety of tools to help me with my caulking business. He lead me right to The Caulking Finger, the absolute perfect tool that I never knew I needed. Never again will I use my own finger to caulk with when I can use my new Caulking Finger!β

βIβve had good experiences with this location previously. But todayβs topped them all. I went in for paint for a touch up job. The only thing I knew was it was Sherwin Williams paint and the color, but I wanted to match the product as closely as possible. Kelly (spl?) chose what he thought was product based on the limited information I had. I ended up being able to confirm the product after leaving the store and his choice of product was exactly right. He went above and beyond listening to my situation and had the knowledge to get me the right thing. Canβt ask for much more.β

βThe store in Grayson didn't have the color we wanted so the guy referred us to the Norcross location, the associates seems very knowledgeable about the surface and combinations most suitedfor them. Offered many suggestions which helped us to choose wisely. Recommendedβ
