“I like this UPS store because the folks are friendly and helpful. There usually aren't too many people in the store waiting but that could be the time of day. It is easy to process Amazon returns - sometimes I can get in and out of there is less than a minute. Most of our shipping is to family members and it helps that they already have those names and addresses in the system and we just have to verify and can be on our way.”

“Obtained a color laser printer when our Atlanta office closed and we went to 100% WFH. It had been sitting around for a while and had a fuser problem. Took it to Alex along with the replacement fuser and he fixed me up in about 30 minutes. Only charged $85 for the in-call, and a service call to my house would have been $125. Pretty cheap either way. Highly recommended!”

“I've been working with Digital Express Printing for over 7 years, and their service has always been outstanding-but this past weekend took it to another level.
They've consistently delivered on last-minute requests, stayed late when needed, offered great pricing, and produced high-quality marketing and promotional materials. They've even found ways to make things happen that were outside their normal scope.
Last week, I asked if they could get a new sign installed by Monday-on an extremely tight timeline that honestly felt impossible. Not only did they deliver, but I received a photo at 9:30 PM on Sunday (Easter weekend) showing the sign fully installed.
That level of dedication is rare. They went above and beyond to make it happen, and it did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend them.”
