“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for a while, even though there’s another one much closer to my home. The entire team is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to figure things out, no matter what I need. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and make every visit easy. This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve been to thank you guys”

6010 Singleton Road Ste 213, Norcross GA 30093
“I like this UPS store because the folks are friendly and helpful. There usually aren't too many people in the store waiting but that could be the time of day. It is easy to process Amazon returns - sometimes I can get in and out of there is less than a minute. Most of our shipping is to family members and it helps that they already have those names and addresses in the system and we just have to verify and can be on our way.”

“Couldn’t have had a better experience! This location is impeccably clean! The staff are very professional and courteous. They are literally smiling sincerely and they seem to like to help. I highly recommend this location. Back home, I will use the same UPS store for this very reason. I will pass others and go to the store that I know I’m gonna have a good experience. “I just delivered a package and they finally opened at 9:45 A.M. My recommendation is that they open a little earlier if they could at 9:00 it would be much better. I am currently rating 5 stars because the attention in the first instance was excellent, I will wait to see how they behave with the shipment.”

“To be honest, I was sad they did not carry fedex supplies, but I got lucky for there was the most friendly and helpful FedEx guy picking up so he gave me an envelope and the counter staff lady was smiling and awesome. Both of them turned a situation I thought was not going to work into a complete success!!! Thanks to them both❤”

“I had a great experience at FedEx today! I needed help printing something that involved a QR code, and it wasn’t exactly a typical request. Heidi was extremely helpful, patient, and went out of her way to help me figure everything out and get it printed correctly. I really appreciated her willingness to help instead of just telling me it couldn’t be done. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you, Heidi!”

“I had a great experience with Nate and Nitchi at FedEx. They helped me get my packages sorted out and made the whole process go smoothly. Both of them provided excellent customer service, were extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of their way to help me. It’s not every day you come across people who are that helpful and pleasant, so I really appreciate them taking the time to make sure everything was taken care of. They definitely deserve recognition for their hard work, and I hope FedEx gives them a raise or some kind of recognition because they earned it! Thank you, Nate and Nitchi, for making what could have been a stressful situation an easy one!”

“This 5 star review is specifically for FELICIA, who works at this location. There was trouble tracking down a perishable/dry ice (and expensive!) package of mine...I spoke to Felicia on the phone, and she assured me she would track down my package. Just a few hours later, the package arrived on my doorstep! And in time that the food didn't spoil. Felicia was professional, kind and knowledgeable. That's the kind of people and talent I expect from FedEx. Thank you Felicia!!”
