I cannot stress this enough… DO NOT GO HERE!!! I should have listened to all the other negative reviews of this place. I went in for a windshield replacement and recalibration. After my appointment, they said they could not complete the recalibration because they needed to order a part. So I scheduled a second appointment for the following week. I went back and they said they STILL could not complete the recalibration, but didn’t know anything about this supposed missing part. And they have no record of the employee who worked on my car last time, so they can’t ask him. This time, they said the problem was that I needed to take my car to my dealership to have them clear my “lane departure warning” light. So the second appointment was a complete waste of my time. So I head to my dealership. They said that the REAL problem is that the bracket securing my lane-department camera in place… that bracket has come undone from the adhesive. So long story short, SafeLite installed a faulty windshield and then brushed me off to my dealership to avoid fixing their own mistake. And top it all off, the dealership informed me that this bracket and adhesive are not sold separately from the windshield… meaning I need an entirely new windshield. So my next step is to get SafeLite to get rid of this faulty windshield and put it a proper one and finished this recalibration finally. …Wish me luck.

3 STRIKES - Safelite. 1) first ordered part came in damaged and you had to reschedule 2) I asked for a OEM windshield the second time. I said I would pay extra if needed. You said you would call me back with a quote. NO CALL. You showed up with the aftermarket product telling me that it wasn't approved by my insurance provider (LIE). 3) Your technician was surprised at your last replacement because the windshield was short and did not fit into the casing/trim near the hood (leaving a gap from end to end) TERRIBLE and UNSAFE!!4) Make that 4 STRIKES!! I called to complain about the service and Carrie from customer service said someone would call me back that day (that was 5 days ago).BTW - My insurance provider DID approve the OEM AND at NO EXTRA CHARGE (per my benefits). I just need to pay my deductible as normal. I'm having it done at the dealership now. You, Safelite, installed an ill-fitting product which is NOT SAFE. You also DID NOT contact my insurance company and LIED to me saying you did (per your own customer service department). Now that I know I can go through the dealership for the same price and better quality (OEM) - Guess What?? I certainly won't be using you again! ?

Took my car the to the Peachtree corners location to have the windshield replaced on my 2020 Corolla. My appointment was for 4 PM. I dropped the car off at 2 PM and was sold. The car will be ready by 4 PM. I returned back to the facility at 4:30 Amazon formed that the car was in the recalibration phase, approximately 15 minutes later it representative came to the parking lot and notify me that my vehicle pinched well have been damaged while under their care and the car cannot be released . I was informed that my car would need to be sent to a body shop to be repaired, then transfer back to Safelite for the replacement of the windshield. I was also informed that because of the time and date and close of business, Safelite was unable to provide me with a rental car, I was also informed that my car could be in the body shop for an unspecified period of time. This is absolutely unacceptable, irresponsible, and poor customer service practices. I am disappointed with this experience with Safelite. I did speak to a guy named Spencer, who identified himself as the manager, who who stated he would follow up with me Monday, as far as the next steps in the process.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I called safelite a year ago to repair my windshield and that one phone call led to almost a year of multiple visit that has become a nightmare. The first time they replaced my windshield they put the wrong glass that didn’t fit and it caused my wind frame to break. Since then they have put 2 new glasses ( finally the right one that fit). But they couldn’t get the frame right. They then glued on the frame, broke the clamp that holds the frame on and now the area seems to be damaged. I have been patient and taken off of work to get this fixed, drove to the location several times and the frame is flapping again. What a huge inconvenience. After going to the location over 10 times you would think that the part is fixed. But that is not the case. I went into the office two weeks ago and the manager insured me that the frame was fixed. Here’s a picture from today. It’s flapping again. At this point I deserve a full refund and the opportunity to let Range Rover repair my frame. Because safelite has failed me at this point. The people have been nice at the location but the level of service has been a negative zero.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company.Jan 30th I made an appointment to have 3 windows installed. I was told the parts would have to be ordered from the factory due to it being a Gwagon. The appointment date was scheduled for Feb 7th. Feb 7th came the technician comes to install and tells me that one window was not in his order and he only had two windows. The main window which I drove to a safe lite location and had them place plastic on it was not even in the order this was the first issue. I then tell the technician to go head and at least install the other two windows, 1 hour into the install the technician calls and says he actually has to uninstall one window because it was the wrong Window. So at this point I called customer service and they promised me they would get it right. The next day they send out another technician. Guess what. They messed up the order again. They sent the technician with two of the same windows and still not the main window that was actually totally busted so I asked him could he just install the one he had, I call customer service and the rep then tries to call the shop, no one answers. Then technician on site at the time then tells me he was able to speak to his manager and the manager told her to not install anything it has to be done in one order which is insane to me. The Customer service rep still could not get into contact with the shop after this I called Mercedes Benz and allowed them to fix the glass. Whats worse is I still have not heard back from satellite. What type of customer service is this? The way this was handled is insulting and shows as if they really don’t care to fix it the issues or even apologize

Safelite came to my apartment twice to fix my window that was busted by a person trying to find something to steal. At first I was very impressed until the tech did not have a regulator needed to repair my passenger side window. The second Tech showed up with the regulator and replaced both the window and regulator. Two days later when I drove my truck for the first time since the replacement, the window would not roll down and by driving over bumps in the road the window shifted down. So now I have a window that doesn't go up or down and safelite refuses to send out another tech and is requiring me to waste my Saturday by driving to their shop that is far away after I have paid them to fix it the first time. Safelite should just discontinue their mobile service if they are not going to train their techs to properly fix a window. I opted to use safelite for the mobile service and convinced my insurance company this was the best choice but I was very much wrong and will never use safelite again and hope that no one else does, because "there system does not allow them to send out a tech to replace a regulator" even though that is what they were suppose to do the first time....Update...It has been over a week since I left this horrible review and not only has safelite still not repaired my window. They made me come to their location waste my time and gas only to tell me they did not have the part necessary to fix my truck window. The tech that originally came to my apartment did not tell me he did not replace the regulator while the person I spoke on the phone told me they included the regulator on the work order. When I called Safelite to tell them my window wasn't working they insisted I come to their shop, only to tell me they didn't have the regulator. So I have wasted my time and gas, drove in the rain for about 30 minutes through Atlanta Traffic and froze in freezing temperatures thanks to the incompetent workers of Safelite. The workers at the safelite shop proceed to tell me the regulator is on order and that someone would come to my apartment to fix it when it comes in.I call 3 days later to ask where the part is and safelite tells me 7-10 business days is required and it should be in by the end of the week.I call the next week to ask where the regulator is at and saftlite tells me they don't do replace regulators. I politely explain that I have a work order that states a regulator is required in the work order. She then proceeds to tell me its not on order and needs approval from the insurance company.I would literally pay triple the amount to have a fixed window at this point. I would pay others with broken windows to not use safelite because the business is so bad.I am just going to take my truck to the dealership at this point to have my truck fixed. I will provide an additional update to let everyone know how long it takes for safelite to contact me back when the regulator comes it, but I doubt they every will.

My window was replaced today but the person didn't have a working vacuum. My car is still full of broken glassUpdate. I tried coming to one of their locations and hours on Google were wrong too. Doors were locked up by 5pm. Not 6pm as advertised.

I called to talk to a human on the phone. As the automated system prevented me from being able to speak to anyone, after two trial calls. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
