Lady in the front, with small blue butterfly clips in her hair has a nasty attitude that could be possibly fixed if she cared enough to do the bare minimum which is be polite
, do her job, and not have any negative comments to make that aren’t needed. I told her my situation and she could only be helpless rather than helpful. Please No one wants to deal with this as much as they do. The least they could do is have a positive attitude which would be the same one they’d be receiving IF they actually were polite enough to.

Was there today (8/11/25) around 3:15pm. About 6 people in line and no clerks to help us. They wee in the back arguing. It was real BAD! I just left. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE POST OFFICE ?

They say that in their system it was delivered at 4.35 pm my security camera was not found, there was no delivery that day, because I lost my package without any money back, just because their system says it was delivered.

I made a passport appointment two weeks in advance. When I showed up the appointment was canceled without notifying me ahead of time so I wasted my day. Additionally, I tried to get a money order to go to the next facility that they recommended.(which does not have money orders.) and it turned out they were out of money orders.!!!!
What is next? They are out of stamps?

They are stealing your mail. I have informed delivery, so I get a picture of every piece of mail I'm supposed to receive. They keep stealing birthday cards that people have been sending me. Make sure you don't have anything of value sent to your house via USPS. It will straight up never make it to your house. If I could file criminal charges against the post office for stealing mail from me, I would. Trash behavior.

I had an appointment for my child’s passport, and the two women at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them, who handles passports, was especially disrespectful and dismissive — she made it clear she didn’t care at all. If she dislikes her job this much, she should not be working with the public. Avoid this location if you can. Very disappointing experience.

I saw the reviews and was hesitant to go, but it was close to the library and I needed to return a package.
Main things I got from my experience here:
1. Location is good. Personally easy entrance and exit (has a light), located near the library so convenient for me
2. I went in on a Tueaday around 10 am and it was not too busy. Wait was maybe 5-10 minutes, they had two employees working
3. I was returning a package that was sent too late. They told me they could not return to sender due to it being an Atlanta address cs Norcross address (though I live closer to Norcross). However, lady was helpful, and I paid to get it sent
4. Other lady could be nice to customers. I get it, it can be annoying. Customer service sucks but please be kind...Or try to... I could tell she was annoyed. But I notice this pattern with federal/state working people such as USPS or DDS

Terrible customer service all around the board . Agents are always nasty, short of staff, never smiling, never returning as this has been going on for over for it years and management clearly doesn’t care .

They open when they feel like it. The lady at the counter was annoyed I was there. When I asked a simple question about change of address, she told me “I don’t know. I’ll just give it to someone in the back.” Not helpful and it didn’t get done. She said I needed a proof of change of address but the online form doesn’t require this.
