“Big shoutout to Sammy, Jonny, and Harris, as well as the rest of the staff we encountered, for their amazing service this past weekend. We came in to bowl for a friend's birthday, anticipating a group of approximately 10 people. Well, that quickly ended up doubling. Sammy and Jonny were fabulous in accommodating the unexpected growth of our group, allowing me to open up the two additional lanes next to our original lanes and Jonny transferring a few players for us in order to even our lanes out to make sure everyone got a chance to finish their games. Harris was the server for our original two lanes and he handled the overwhelming sudden growth of our group so gracefully. He was kind and attentive even though we unfortunately had him doing a lot of running around. Overall, we had a great time and our friend's birthday ended up being a really special experience. Can't thank the staff here enough for taking such good care of us!”
