“We went there because I heard about a clearance sale on toys. Me being a toy collector I had to check it out. I found an action figure that was supposed to be 50% off but it rang up full price. The sales associate Josh helped us with the issue. He was very polite and professional. All-in-all it was a good experience and we appreciate the young man's help.”

“Bri and the crew at this store have shown how a service provider should work. I came in during a busy time and the team handled everyone well even though they had so much to do (my switch from cricket to them was a bit long and they handled the rush and my change efficiently and professionally). They did amazing and were even able to fix some issues with my internet account and find me deals on some earbuds and phone lines I didn't know were available. Very satisfied with them and they even put up with my babbling about my dogs well!”

“I was in desperate need of some phone service. I had been given a phone by my loving family out there in Cali. I was able to get serviced with an unlimited plan commensurate with the price paid. It being an older device they supposedly didn't have an Otter Box nor apparently a similar/equivalent phone protector. I was suitably miffed about this lack of inventory and for MY phone no less. On the flip side I DID understand how it was possible. I promptly paid , received my receipt and change and then exited the premises. Staff was courteous. Store was immaculate as is the running trend with the Metro PCS stores I've frequented in the past.”

Like better deals and make things more convenient for someone who's been there that long for so long can your father still too high dollar for existing customers to re-up or upgrade and you have to go into the store you can't buy online which is kind of pathetic.. but great service”

I wanted a quick solution to replace the original Clarion power amp in my Formula Boat. The amp powered six speakers and the original factory installation was less than ideal. “Definitely the best Target location in the area. Most other Targets have gone through remodels that have left them looking on par with or worse than Walmart. This one has held up and this makes it the nicest one, in my opinion. All of the cashiers and customer service employees are super friendly but some of the stockers have been slightly rude and shove-y in the past which takes my rating from a 5 to a 4. Overall, one of my favorite stores to shop at and definitely my favorite Target location.”

“This Aaron's has provided the best customer service, since the first time I needed a washer and dryer, I was young and moved out to live on my own. The proper items needed for my home are essential. I've had a lease to own, on several occasions, and recently I needed a mattress for my daughter, the representative via phone was able to help me by phone and offered delivery, payment setup, and a flexible option. He was well-knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were respectful and on time. I believe customer service is everything and that business will have my business and support. I have recommended several of my friends. I have also purchased electrical devices, for personal or work-related.”

“David was such a great help!! Thank you so much for explaining everything to us and being as patient as you were. I would recommend this location over the Jesse jewel parkway in Gainsville. He didn’t try to pin the blame on us or make us feel at fault for things out of our control at all. Our phone was traded in however it was lost in their warehouse so I wasn’t being credited on the account or eligible for promotions. We found the tracking number and he stayed on call with customer service until the issues was resolved. He did WAY more than the other four locations did. All the other locations were telling I had to go to different locations to fix this issue or a corporate store and they all said they couldn’t help with this ( not even customer service)..The original store just sent us away and asked to wait ore than what we had already invest in.”
