“I went there today needing help with my tablet. The manager, John was there today and he went above and beyond to help me. He showed me how to text on the original Metro # on the tablet and fixed this problem I had with the tablet. Also showed me where to go on the tablet to look up a certain setting. Praying I don't have anymore problems with it. Alexis was there the other day I went in and helped me by showing me how to have a phone # that worked on my tablet and answering questions as well. Also Eric was there and helped as well. They all made sure to answer all the questions I had, not only fixed the problems I had on both occassions, but showed me some things to do with my tablet that I did not know about. Theese 3 were all very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, all had amazing customer service skills, and just awesome people all around. You could tell they wanted to help. I've been with Metro Pcs since basically the company opened, and these 3 have been been the best Associates to work with! So, thank you 3 SO much for making my experience with Metro an amazing one. I won't be going to another location from now on. I really appreciate it!”

“The transducer (speed and depth) finally broke on our 2007 Harris 24-foot Tri-toon, and we decided to replace it with a new sonar and chart system. I went to the AVC Marine showroom and we settled on a Garmin ECHOMAP unit.
AVC went and got my boat, hauled it out of the water, installed the unit, put the boat back in the water, and docked it at our marina. Everything went like clockwork, and we are very happy with the unit, installation, and service. They even sent someone out to meet me at the boat and give me a short tutorial on the unit.
AVC has replaced our stereo, speakers, and charger for the onboard refrigerator. We couldn't be happier with their service.”

“We came and saw Bert a week ago because my son was having trouble with his phone charging. Not only was he able to solve the problem but he also saved us $300. We came back today to pick up his phone and once again we were service by Bert. The customer service is a 10+. “Stopped by Metro by T-Mobile today, and I was so impressed with the service! I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he was Korean and super friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and made the whole experience so smooth. Great customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this store!”
“There are many employees welcoming guests for the first time, but it seems that the number of employees who actually serve and sell products is too small. Many employees greeted the initial customer, told them to wait, did nothing, and just stared at the entrance. However, it seems uncomfortable to wait too long for staff who actually treat customers.”

I just grew my company internationally and needed an official telecommunications service provider, well there was a right the other guys in blue or red. Needless to say Red won! ?
Not only the business service is exceptional there attention to detail is up to my standards and I’m not easy to please.
Eric, and his associates made sure all of my 7 lines were taken care of. Business accounts are already tough to deal with but when your service provider understands your needs and has answers before you ask, there’s no other choice you can ever make.
