“I contacted the owner by email from Poland regarding a car I bought through Copart, which came without a key and had previously been serviced at his workshop. Even though the missing key couldn’t be found, I truly appreciate how helpful and professional he was. He took the time to reach out to the previous owner and tried his best to assist me, even though he had no obligation to do so. Excellent communication, honesty, and attitude — very kind and respectful person. Highly recommended!”

“Went there 15 minutes before closing in an emergency because my vehicle had two tires that got dry rotted and both belts broke showing metal and rubber coming off and needed it changed ASAP for work tomorrow, and they changed it so fast and right before they closed. “So I went to my RV storage and found my Class A RV with a flat. I called Good Sams road side assistance for help (I am a paid member). They told me in order for them to come out I would have to buy a tire from them upfront for $935 (a new tire cost more like $500).!!!! You can guess what I told them.
I Googled RV tire repair and found Jim Whitehead Best One Tire & Service. When I called Gomez answered. He was so helpful and responsive. We set an appt for the next day at 2pm.
The next day at 2 Ryan showed up. What an amazing guy. Polite, understanding and thorough. Problem solved and I didn’t need a tire after all.
I highly recommend these guys.
