“I’ve been coming to this location for 18 years and yet again they have blown me away with their excellence! Just a wonderful establishment great people and quality work! Highly recommend!”
“We have been getting our cars repaired from this good year location. Scott Blatchford is friendly service advisor and we completely trust him with our car repairs”
“Great set of guys and they do a thorough job. Brian and Shaun at Tires Plus provided excellent service, coordinating my auto work efficiently and at a reasonable price. It's refreshing to find a reliable local shop that truly cares about its customers!”
“This pep boy's location is absolutely amazing. The service is impeccable. The Mechanics are really good at what they do. They always know what to do and get the job done quickly.”
“I had driven up to Georgia from Florida to purchase a double axle trailer. Upon purchasing the trailer I took it to this location to have the hubs lubricated. Denis the mechanic advised that he would lubricate the hubs but that I should have them inspected and also the brakes adjusted and wheel seals replaced for the long 8 hour trip back to Florida. It's a good thing I took Denis's advice because upon doing the bearings and adjusting the brakes he discovered that the prior mechanic from another repair shop who had serviced the hubs put the cotter pins on backwards. I could have had rims and tires fly off the trailer while driving down the interstate at high speeds. Denis is a top-notch honest mechanic and Jesse the manager provided. great customer service. For anyone looking for a honest repair shop for your automobile or trailers this should be your go-to place. Thanks again guys. I made it back to Florida safely because of you.”
“Great customer and repair services! It started with Tanya when she answered my calls and provided me with all of the information needed and questions with pricing. The estimate process was very smooth with a text and emailed report with pictures of the repairs needed. There were multiple issues located amd fixed promptly by Jacob who did a fantastic job. My car drives like it just came off the dealerships lot. I understand why my mom uses this location as her go to for repairs and tires. It will now become mine. Thank you Tanya, Jacob and Mike.”
“23 Oct..... 0800 delivery appointment, parked on street overnight with no problems, staff was friendly and helpful, backing was kinda tight but I managed, just take your time.....DB”
“The best and the quickest around the area and I’m I was driving through when something slashed my tire. It was only one person and he was the quickest, professional, and all around the best!”
“Super helpful people I had a leaking tire on my tractor trailer he told me where to drop my trailer so I can get into his shop and he didn't charge me anything to fill my tire with air. I really appreciate it.”
“Great experience twice here. Got me right in with hard to find performance tires and when I had an issue with impact bubble from daughter hitting a curb got me right in on a Saturday to change one tire out. Reggie and Lisa had excellent communication and quick service. Can get non-stock tires delivered within hour when no one else could get for days.”
“The only place I go for tires and brakes and anything else for my vehicles and trailers. Tim and Robert are the best. And the guys in the shop are amazing aswell.”
“These guys are the absolute number one tire guys in Cumming Georgia.
Do not go anywhere else. They are respectable, dependable, mobile, family-owned and amazing.
I'm all about supporting local business. These guys support local businesses. It's a match made in heaven.
If I could give 10 stars I would.”
“Would like to give 5 stars but they get 4 because they are super convenient but only one person working when I go so if other customers come in it slows my pre booked appointment down because they have to stop what they are working on to handle the walk in customers. Probably spent an additional 10-15 min there because of this. Not a big deal but for a person that books and appointment and has to wait it's a little annoying.”
“The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Julio. He was super nice quick and efficient. There’s another man there who is super rude. He won’t even smile when you talk to him. When you come here make sure to ask for Julio. My tire kept loosing pressure he fixed it up for me and made sure all my tires were good.”
