“Well I've gotta say, I rented online and knew the terms of our agreement and they were fulfilled easily. It was a smooth little exchange and a smooth return of a 5x8 trailer. This is kind of a quintessential lake shack of a place, and I'm not sure that they'd want it any other way. I've seen hundreds of U-Haul facilities and none quite like this to say the least.”
