“Hulsey’s came to my rescue within minutes of placing a call for towing services for my Lincoln SUV. I tried AAA first and they really disappointed me by sending me a link to schedule a tow. The link didn’t work and I ended up searching for local towing companies who could help get my car to the dealer for service. I found Hulsey’s and they sent Robert to my rescue! He was not only very professional but kind and considerate. He helped to make payment an easy process and gave my husband and I a ride to the dealership in his truck, saving us a huge inconvenience. The rate was very reasonable and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an emergency tow. “Dad and uncle go into a motorcycle crash and they worked with us as we were coming from out of state to get the bikes. They specifically stayed over an hour late till we could come get the bikes. They also took great care of the bikes even after the poor condition one of them was in from crash. If you’re in the area I’d highly recommend them.”
“I recently dealt with the pleasantdale office. I had an issue where a part was missing from my vehicle which would be easily considered to be scrap and was picked up and turned into the scrap yard. Javier was very understanding and went out of his way to send someone to locate the item. IT WAS found and he ensured it was brought to me when my vehicle was delivered. I did not believe this much effort would be placed in locating the item but i was proven wrong. Great team working there, sweet receptionist was very patient with me as I was recovering from an accident. Tow driver dropping off was very accommodating and had a great attitude as well. “Well I've gotta say, I rented online and knew the terms of our agreement and they were fulfilled easily. It was a smooth little exchange and a smooth return of a 5x8 trailer. This is kind of a quintessential lake shack of a place, and I'm not sure that they'd want it any other way. I've seen hundreds of U-Haul facilities and none quite like this to say the least.”
