“Great! Our cat is extremely anxious. At our previous vet, they said he was too “aggressive” to handle and noted he had a fever, but they wouldn’t run any tests because they were afraid. This clinic, on the other hand, had us in and out in 30 minutes, let him roam freely, and created a calm, low-stress environment. Was able to determine the mild fever was only because of stress. We will be back!”

“Dr Townsend has taken care of all my babies for nearly 10 years. She kept my extremely diabetic cat alive for 9 years, insulin dependent. She cares about her patients, and when the end came for Willie, she shared in our grief for Willie. She was very emotional, along with staff. She has al ways put the best interest of the patient first, and even let us know if we weren't doing what we needed to. I never felt She was rude, just looking out for her patients needs. If your expecting her to coddle you and prance through the clinic with an overly bubbly demeanor, that's not going to happen. She's too laser focused on what's really important...your pet, her patient”
