“The only concern I had was trying to use the App to book my reservation which confirmed my vehicle was booked and paid for but when I arrived there was no evidence of it in the system. However, thankful for Representative at the desk Jacqueline H., who put me to ease and took care of all my concerns and issues and made certain I was checked out expeditiously without any issues. Check in was equally pleasant as Garfield was professional and very personal to make that transition smooth and effortless.”

“Overall good experience, but it can definitely be improved. This is a place where you cannot really use the mobile phone. Once you’ve completed everything and uploaded all data & files - you’re directed to the office where they can’t see any of those and you have to start over. It’s a waste of time. If this is advertised as a place to use a mobile phone - it has to be raised to that standard. Other than that quite good.”

“We have never rented a container before. I called and placed my order for the container at 4:51 ( they close at5 the gentleman was super nice as I had to text my husband to make sure I was getting the correct one) I got a call the VERY next day at 9 the container was delivered at 9:30. The truck driver went way over and beyond not only to help decide where to put the container BUT also helped me get some rods out of my yard I was struggling to get. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Harris Containers.”
