“This location in union City, I visit this location a lot. Oil changes are quick and easy services. I have not had to wait a long time for service. Sometimes it can get pretty busy, but the wait time is still as expected,pretty much get you in and out. I have been visiting here for a couple of years now. The assistant. ( I am not good at names),She is very nice and friendly. The establishment is always clean and tidy.”

“I love this car wash. Vince is so helpful and courteous. My van has a special bike rack and Vince knows exactly how to pass it through the wash every time. He even remembers when I come through. The rest of the staff has been outstanding as well. Great vacuums and spray, no rush to finish. A+”

“Madison was super friendly and walked me through my car wash options. Wash was better than normal. It’s never perfect but removed almost all the water and hood, tires, rims are cleaner than usual. Now the vacuum area is where you will find the upgrade from other competing car washes. They have ample towels and glass cleaner and adequate vacuum suction but what got me was that they have air at each stall. I have a leaky tire so this was a big plus to me. They also a hand held air blower gun. I didn’t even notice it until the guy next to me was using it to force the remaining water off his car. I used it to blow out some of the dirt in the corners of the interior. I’m pretty sold on Caliber and will be back next time I need a wash. Also, since they have a poor location the place is not packed out (Sam’s) and I could take my time on a busy Saturday. ?”

“Wow!!! I had been polishing my car trying to get all the marks out of the paint from all the years of poor washing habbits from the previous owner. I decided it was time to call it quits and find a pro. This place did outstanding work and was great at communication, expectations, and on time. I went with the 8 year coat and the car shines so bright in the sun it's almost to bright to look at when the sun is reflecting off of it. I highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.”

“I visited this car wash service on 07/07/2025. The wash product was very thick and pink cleans the car well, it costs $3, for (5) minutes, I love a challenge so I did get to put that wash all over my car, before it timed out and I have to pay another $3, which they have to make a profit. I have been to this location many times , before it was sold to the new owners, I will visit again soon! Mrs. Rose.?”
“Clean service. Nice soap. Not like usual for this type of establishment. The vacuums worked great. The air nozzle worked but didn't have a gauge. It took a cashapp card and you get 8 mins for 4$. 2 mins of vacuum for 1$.”
“Great customer service. Today I had to come back after having it detailed in their car detailing bay because there was still bug splatters all over my windshield. I come all the time and my favorite detailed Rodney wasn’t there. A young man named Carson went above and beyond to assist me by cleaning and detailing not just the windshield but the headlights and mirrors also. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. I come here all the time and people like Carson, Rodney and my bro with the long grey beard are why.”

“I liked the self dog wash. I alreay had my own shampoo and did the 9 minute rinse. But the dryer needs to be timed longer because 6 minutes isn't enough. I cannot even dry my own hair in that amount of time”

“I literally JUST got home from this car wash. I Used the automatic wash because I was lazy. For some reason after I paid the pole didn't raise up to let me into the wash, so I drove around but (I believe this to be the owner) stopped me and asked if I purchased the wash and thankfully I had my receipt. He was very courteous and took my receipt and proceeded to turn on the wash. He even gave me a free upgrade. I was very impressed by the customer service alone. Now before I review the automatic wash I would like to say that there WILL NOT be any automatic car wash that will make your car all clean. Nothing beats a handscrubbed car wash. This automatic one here is the best that you will get, so for people wanting a spanking brand new looking car, get out of your car and scrub it! Aha that being said it's very nice and all the soap was filled so I was happy. I hope to use the manual scrubbing next time since the prices are nice and from the helpful owner being at the wash, I'm sure that's a good sign that it is well maintained.”

“A good, well maintained bay style car wash. Takes credit cards now as well. Only downsides are the lot surface is pretty tore up in some spots, the area is generally not to bad but I have had people come up begging for money a few times, and people don't put the hoses in the hooks on the walls to keep them away from the center of the bay to drive into.
Thankfully I've never seen anyone washing mud off their trucks mucking up the stalls.
The owner seems to head up there at least once a week as I tend to wash weekly, and never see anything dripping or broken for longer than a week. I've never tried any option to find it empty of soap/wax/etc.
Someone mentioned hot water in their review but I've never got hot water out of the sprayer.
I do wish there as a automatic touchless car wash in the area, but most places near by are the touch-style so thing is a good, cheap compromise for when I'm to lazy to hand wash.
I've never used the vacuums, vending machines, token machines, or scent sprayers so I can't comment on those.”
