“Great security and clean location. Staff is friendly and I feel like they know what's going on at the place and don't just exist to take my money. Let's face it: it's no fun having to pay to keep my stuff somewhere other than my home, but since I have to do it, I appreciate that it's in a secure, bug-free location.
Came back to this review to say I've moved out of the storage now and I still rate them five stars. My belongings were here from August 2018 until December 2024 and they were just as nice when I took them out as they were when I put them in. I always felt safe at Newnan Lock Storage and the area was always clean.”

“Reasonably priced and truly a great, safe facility over the 5 years I’ve been with them. The facility (floors specifically) used to be a lot cleaner and better maintained than it is nowadays, but a million times better than U-Haul. There are more bugs now, which may be a result of the open siding above the elevators as shown in the attached photo. I think they could a trash can and could use another dolly or two as well.
Also want to give Alexis a shoutout. Spoke with her recently for the first time and she’s super friendly!”
“Kennedy was great! Super friendly and patient throughout the process. Took her time, showed me options, literally asked everything I was storing to make sure it would fit. She took the time to make sure I had everything I need, and helped me with my access code (I hadn’t had breakfast so I was struggling lol). We even got some good laughs! Latoya came and assisted as well, she was very professional.
The facility was also very clean, restrooms included.
Overall great experience.”

“I reserved a budget truck with a trailer and this was my pick up location. After reading the1 review that was left I was extremely nervous and even considered cancelling!!! I don't do typically do Yelp reviews but felt it necessary because if I went off of the review I wouldn't have rented from this location. Everyone has their own experience and mine was great! Deidra (spelling) was extremely friendly and helpful along with the gentleman Woolf king with her (so didn't get his name). She explained everything and answered every question I had. She was very flexible with my needs and worked with me since I was doing a long distance move. Allowing me to leave my car at their location for the day and picking up the trailer the next day. Per policy they aren't permitted to assist in putting your car on the trailer but he definitely helped in whatever way he could. Guiding and showing me what I needed to do. When it was finally loaded I left there feeling comfortable and confident to take my 2000 mile journey. I'm so appreciative of this sweet couple who helped make this process easy for me. Thank you so much!!”

“Excellent experience. Security personnel at the closed gate 24/7 to let you in and out. Plenty of places to park no matter what you are hauling. Wide roads and intersections to access the property.
You should receive three emails when you book, and the last email has the access credentials you need.”
“From Uhaul to Budget. I tried to work something out with Uhaul online but their system is a bit antiquated. But it was cheaper so went with it. Well I find out a few days before (because I called them) that Uhaul was trying to have me drive 45min just to get a rental place that had a vehicle. (Why they didn't tell me sooner when they knew already). Any way I looked for an alternative and looked up Budget truck rental. Gary & Bill here were so helpful! When I contacted them they went the extra mile and worked on getting me a great price. They have a clean and organized operation. In the end I wondered how I didn't find them sooner, they were great to work with and had a great rental. Would recommend them!”

The facility is clean and appears to be kept in very good repair. I was able to look at the actual unit that I will be renting and it was spic and span. I have never stored belongings before and I feel comfortable doing so here.”
