“Mrs Denise at advance in Blackshear goes above and beyond to make sure her customers leave happy. Called the store about wheel studs and nuts for my lawn mower/tractor. She couldn’t find them in the computer so she recommended I come in if possible so we could see if we could find the right studs. I’d already called around and nobody had them but I needed them desperately. So I went to the store and she went through all the wheel studs in stock until we found the right ones. I thanked her a million times before I left because I had a job to complete and couldn’t without those wheel studs for my lawn mower/tractor. Need more employees like her.”

“I’m a contractor from out of state and I started having serious issues with my truck. I can’t remember the man’s name but he wore glasses and had a beard, him and his coworkers were as courteous as could be and went out of their way to help me in anyway they could. It was a relief to experience what small town hospitality should be in person at this location. I definitely recommend Napa in Patterson GA”
