I had previously spoken to three different agents by telephone and none were able to assist me. I probably spent at least two hours talking to those folks. Randy is my hero! Ty!!”

“I don’t usually like leaving reviews, however I went to this location on Friday close to closing, I usually go to the one in the Glenda trace shopping mall but I was in the area at the time. At first I was intimidated by the size of the location, but there was a lot of signage throughout the building to help me find where I was going. The moment I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomed. Hunter assisted me with my deposit and was extremely friendly. He was talking to me about getting a credit card, I told him I just turned 18 and probably wouldn’t get it. With that news he still was extremely kind and even talked to me about what I should do to build my credit and why getting it would be important for me. I think why I’m so happy and felt the need to leave the review was despite the branch closing for the day soon, I wasn’t rushed out and felt as if he cared.”
