“I was going through to the bank to use their service to expedite a financial process. I was late, on a Friday and way across town trying to make it home. I entered and all the other bankers were tending to customers in their separate offices and only 2 tellers were tending the counter while were counting down for the day. The young lady saw me & acknowledged me. She informed me that my process would possibly have fee's attached for my service. After she took my information, she made me aware of the products and services that the bank offered. ?I thanked her because, I'm not usually on that side of town and Thanked her only to find out that she was the Bank Manager!? Good Leadership in progress, by example!”
“This PNC branch is always helpful. I remember back in the day when it used to be RBC. However things have changed and everyone inside this location is extremely nice and always willing to help me out with anything I need. I recommend this location and the Thomas Crossroads location, both are really nice.”
