“Dr Rip is the best doctor. Caring, gentle, sweet, very knowledgeable, educated, experienced, encouraging but honest. Provides compassion and empathy for my cat and me. Will continue to do everything possible to help make my cat well. He doesn’t give up hope but is realistic. He saved my older cat’s life with the antibiotic he put her on after trying a few others and the schedule of giving it to her he put her on. She is tons better now!!!”

I’ve never experienced a loss so deep, but this team was with me from the very first phone call. I had to put my best friend to sleep and this team went above and beyond to comfort me.
When I picked her ashes up today, they included a heartfelt card, a mold of her paw, and little cards with prints of her nose and paw with a sweet message. I will never be able to thank them enough for all their help and thoughtfulness!
