“We started going to Fayetteville Animal Hospital because it was close to our home. We continued going because of the care and customer service. As a dog mom, we want the best for our "children". We want to ensure they will be in good hands whenever they are sick or need something. I had visited this location a time or two, but when we had to put my soul dog down our relationship changed with the staff. All of them were so genuine and kind. We were never rushed or pushed to make a decision. And, although the vet had never treated my baby, she took the time to listen to his history and ask questions so we both could make an educated decision on his care. Now we take my goofball Franklin, and he is an anxiety nightmare. They handle him with such calmness and patience, along with some treats, and they never get frustrated or short with us. Thank you to all the staff, we appreciate all you do! Really, it means the world; thank you!”

Loved Dr. Stearns and I'm very pleased with Dr. Tharpe, her niece. The apple definitely didn't fall far from the tree! The entire office staff is exceptional... I couldn't ask for more. Even when my 26 year old cat, Obie, was getting his bath there they knew I was nervous. They sent me the cutest video of him enjoying it! I'll cherish that forever.”
