“For me, Dokimeki is THE reason to come to the Northpoint Mall. It has become my go-to spot for gifts and for things to make my bed a little more cute. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice are all of the stuffed animals stacked on top of each other. When it comes to stuffed animals, there is so much variety. There are large ones, small ones, fluffy ones, less fuzzy ones, pigs, breads, Pusheens, you name it! I've been coming to Dokimeki to get my girlfriend gifts, and she loves everything. I bought her a stuffed animal panda, and a bee and they have been an absolute hit with her. Sometimes, I just want to steal them for myself! The rest of the store is very Asian themed, with Japanese anime merchandise, kpop gear and even some Chinese trinkets. There really will be something for everyone. The vibe of the store is always lively, with Japanese music typically playing in the background and friendly employees. As long as Dokimeki exists, I'll always have a reason to visit Northpoint Mall. Just be careful when you visit, it's extremely tough to leave empty handed!”

“I think some of the bad reviews are dishonest. One said they used to be a “daily” customer. But who needs a figurine or incense daily, a hoarder? And why would you buy and then return two statues an hour later? Why did you buy it if you did not want it? Did you break it? Why should they take it back?Anyway, this store was FILLED to the BRIM with all kinds of figurines and trinkets and things. Every size, color. So many types of candles, bracelets, and it felt nice. Displayed well. I think many items are from Mexico or somewhere in Latin America, so cool. The man was very nice. The reviews said they don’t speak English so I looked up the words I needed to use beforehand. They don’t take card. Just take cash and Zelle at the moment.”
