“Today I called to get my iPhone cracked screen replaced. Bella was phenomenal and was extremely pleasant. She answered all warranty questions and performed the repair as well!
Repair took 15 minutes or so and we were very satisfied with the result.
If you are looking to get your phone fixed, give this place a shot, you won’t regret it!
Update: I had another phone in for repair and despite Bellas best efforts there were some bumps and unfortunately while things didnt work out. I maintain that this location has folks that truly care about their customers. Hard to find 'customer first' places these days but Bella and Ivey are 'keepers' in my book”

“I just happened to shop at this Walmart location. I happened to stop by at Techy, because I got the new iPhone 17 PRO MAX. My two visits, Allen was so helpful and very easy to talk too. HE helped me get two iPhone cases for my new phone and helped me put the new cases on my phone. He even took 2 older phones I had which was so old, he would recycle them. He went above and beyond to help me out, I will definitely come back to see him if I need further assistance.”

“Dara was a godsend. It was a Sunday and the well-known chain of shops that my phone insurance company uses no longer stocks screens for slightly older Samsung phones, so they had told me I needed to get a new device. I called him and not only did he have the part in stock but he was able to do it quickly and stayed late on a Sunday to help me out. If not for him all of my secondary authentications required for my employers would have been out of service for a few days, awaiting whatever Verizon wanted to send to me. Instead I was able to be back and running in less than 2 hours & all ready for Monday morning. His work was quick but thorough, and everything is working great.
