“Dara was a godsend. It was a Sunday and the well-known chain of shops that my phone insurance company uses no longer stocks screens for slightly older Samsung phones, so they had told me I needed to get a new device. I called him and not only did he have the part in stock but he was able to do it quickly and stayed late on a Sunday to help me out. If not for him all of my secondary authentications required for my employers would have been out of service for a few days, awaiting whatever Verizon wanted to send to me. Instead I was able to be back and running in less than 2 hours & all ready for Monday morning. His work was quick but thorough, and everything is working great. Thank you again for going above & beyond! Very uncommon these days!”

“Despite a protective phone case and screen cover, my one year old Samsung S23 was dropped and had an unlucky landing on a metal object. The screen broke. I called Cellairis on Windward Pkwy and Atif said he could make the repair in about 24 hours. I checked out a few dozen of their actual Google reviews and decided to take the phone there for repair. Result - The phone was fixed today when promised, at the price quoted, with OEM Samsung parts, and is working well at this writing.The cost of the repair was $250.00 + tax out the door (41% of the cost I paid for the phone new) which was more than I expected. Importantly I was up and running again in 24 hours and Cellairis delivered on all expectations. For these reasons, I recomend them and will call Mark and Atif if I need any repairs in the future.”
“I called to get a price verified and the man told me 90 when i called. When I got there a heavy set Spanish woman told me immediately that it was going to be be 175. I Quickly told her the man told me 90 on the phone and then she was like oh ok. And then took my phone. O feel she was trying to make a quick buck bad service on her end”
“Javier is absolutely amazing! I needed my phone screen replaced and when I called him, he told me it'll cost about $700 bucks because it was an iPhone 15 pro-Max. He advised I get the Apple care n wait couple of days to use it for the repair. He looked up the imei and to my surprise, repair was free of charge and I didn't even need the Apple care to repair it. He's absolutely amazing!!!!”

“I had a problem with one of my Galaxy 22 phones. I had gone yo another AT&T store and was told to call 611. I was on a call with 611 person who was very helpful but could not solve the problem. I was told to go to an AT&T store. I changed my visit to this store and as I was walking up to Emily and explaining my problem she took the phone and had it up and running quickly. Sean and Emily were great and this will be my AT&T store now.”

She explained everything detail by detail and also helped me transfer all my apps, contacts and pictures to my new phone.
