Greeted upon entry by name by Jay owner/manager, polite employees, quick service, thanked at end of transaction. Many times Jay opens the door upon arrival & departure. These little things say a lot to us!

Reagan and Faulkner were very patient helped me fill out my money order. Their kindness knows no bounds. They greeted me at the door, accommodating all my needs for shipping, and even wished me well. Of all the ups stores I’ve been to. This is the best! Great work everyone.
