“Beware when ordering items from this company. I purchased glass vases for an event and paid over $100 for shipping. Three out of 4 vases arrived completely shattered. There was not sufficient support to prevent the glasses from breaking while in transit. I called multiple times and sent emails to customer service but received a response 2 days later and after my event had passed. They said they would send me new vases to replace the shattered one despite me asking for a refund instead.

When the box of replaced vases arrived, there was only 1 vase in the box and not three ! I emailed and called again. I was told a man named Mark will call me back but he never did. I emailed again requesting a refund and received a response stating 3 vases were in the box not 1. This is inaccurate. It’s been over 2 months and I am yet to receive a refund or 2 other missing vases.

Terrible company and customer service. Rather invest and purchase your inventory from other companies like efavormart or CV linens that have better shipping and packaging systems and have a reliable customer service department.
