“Couldn't have asked for better service. I called late in the afternoon on a Monday with my truck leaking coolant. Dropped it off that night and they came in early the next morning to get it worked in and inspected. I had an explanation of the problem and a quote for repair by 8 am. They did great work at a very fair price and I was back on the road that afternoon. Will be my go to with any future problems.”

“BL is top tier. I don't think he has ever met a stranger. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about his craft and cars. Had my truck towed from a crowded parking lot, it wasn't shifting into gear and he knew what to do to get the job done. He was very responsive and communicated throughout the whole process. “Came in for an oil change & brake/rotor inspection. Heard some constant squeaking towards the front, & they reassured me I had more than enough life left (10mm) & I was good to go for my brakes/rotors. Joey took the time to explain the difference in price & performance. No need for the most expensive for the type of driving I do. Pricing is very competitive for the oil change & did a great job. Very honest & reliable. Will definitely be back here in the future!”
“Absolutely Wonderful service. Our tire blew out on the 85 north and we got towed to an auto-shop across the street just to find out they couldn’t change our tire today. As a last ditch effort I walked across the street to these guys who not only changed our tire which took them past their closing time, but they also didn’t charge us anything. It was like a miracle, if you want honest mechanics to work on your car come here.”

“Long review but worth the read! So I have a 05 ford e150. It went to 3 shops. Advanced motorsports in blairsville 3 times in 3 days total of 1800 dollars failed each day. Decided to send it to Jacky Jones ford in hayesville failed 2 times within 5 miles of leaving 1900 dollars. Then I sent it to Jacky Jones Murphy nc. Failed 3 times 5,000 dollars died in 4 days. I told Murphy ford put a new engine in it I've check everything something is major is wrong they told me my Forman is a 20 year mechanic he probably knows more than you... well it failed and they wouldn't give me any of my money back. I found Pete and his guys and I said please just put a new engine in my van and fix anything you find and make it reliable. I'm now at 9k miles on the new engine not a single issue! In all I put about 18k into this and Pete and his crew made it all good and did a amazing job I checked the work from torque specs to wiring harnesses! Please people take my advice if you read this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE GO DIRECTLY TO ENGINE MAN LLC SERIOUSLY!!! I CANT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH! I have 8 cars adding 1 more in a few months and will send all my vehicles that I can't fix to Pete amazing job! Thank you so much for making vehicle reliable again it means alot! Also still really need to send the mazda down there soon I'll call ya Monday! Thanks again! Everyone please trust me when I say this is a very good company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
“Mathew is amazing!As someone who is not knowledgeable in cars, going to a mechanic can be intimidating. However, Mathew was extremely helpful and was able to teach me a few things when it came to the maintenance of my Volkswagen. He is very knowledgeable on German cars (which is hard to find), quick, and personable! In addition, he was affordable. They were very generous and took the time to install the alternator. I was back on the road in no time. I feel defeated after going to another shop and the other shop was trying to rip me off and I hopelessly took my car to Davis, they charged half of what the other shop charged.
