“This USPS is the absolute best office in the area! I drive from EAV just to use this one because the customer service is so good here. Today I shipped an international package with an enormous amount of postage already affixed (I’m a stamp collector) and Kianna patiently counted it all and walked me through the customs forms. They are well stocked in a variety of newly released stamps. And you can always witness all the staff kindly assisting customers with their questions. Can’t say enough good things about out this location!”

“Was there to send a package by priority mail -- only $13 for two-day delivery with tracking, as opposed to $40 that other places charge. They are a little gruff and don't roll a red carpet for you, but the price of their service will put a smile on your face. No wait on Friday late morning.”

“I have been using this location for many years and yes sometimes there are back logs to the counter but usually during lunch hours . The two people who presently working there are very professional and goes the extra mile to assist you . I see customers showing up and are not prepared correctly to mail something but they are treated well and given the opportunity to correct whatever and get their stuff mailed . This takes a lot of patience on the associates there. I give the PO a 100% rating . Their front should swing in vice out due to some customers carrying a load to mail.”
“This is my local USPS and although it’s very tiny, it’s my usual go-to. I’ve experienced good service anytime I’ve gone in. However, one of the Mail Drop boxes from out front was removed. It was the one with the slightly larger opening that could accept small/medium sized packages. I really miss this being out front. I also wish the lobby was still left open so I could drop off larger packages even after the Post Office is closed. Luckily the Decatur location can take these during off hours.”

I’m so thankful for Kim and Mo at the USPS Spalding Dr. These ladies know what they’re doing and know how to solve a problem effectively and efficiently!!”
“I recently had a not so pleasant experience with two of the staff members at the counter. Because I care and believe in holding people and institutions that I spend money with accountable, I filed a complaint. I fully expected the complaint to disappear and never actually hear back on it. But thankfully, I was wrong.
The reason I am now leaving a 5-star review is because the new manager of this office- Rochelle (hope I’m spelling it right) called me not once, but twice over a holiday weekend to address my concerns. She made no excuses for how I was treated and took full accountability. Sad to say this is growing rare nowadays, but made me appreciate the effort even more. She took over this office months ago and is up for the challenge of turning things around to ensure clients have a more pleasant experience going forward because she acknowledges that the clients are who keep the doors open and payroll coming.
To anyone reading this that has had issues w these particular office over the years, I challenge you to reach out to her or file a complaint instead of leaving a negative review (if you want something done about it).

“Honestly, you get back what you put forth.
Folks need to know what they seek to accomplish and how to accomplish it prior to rolling out of bed and rolling into the PO. Do your homework guys. Search Engines are powerful tools, look it up what you seek to accomplish. Come prepared, if you don't bring your own pens and tape- ask, it's elementary. Yes the clerks are there to help guide us, having worked as a clerk, these ladies have the patience of saints having to coddle one out of every three clients.”
“I came to drop off a package yesterday on my way home from yoga class. Everyone went above and beyond to assist me. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, fast paced, kind and respectful the associates were. I would definitely recommend this location.”

Just recently, a gentleman with a beard and a northeastern accent went above and beyond to help me locate a package that another post office had misplaced.”

“This five star review is only for the employee Kel. He went out of his way calling all stores around to help us find specific stamps for our save the dates that were magnets. He wanted to make sure they had them before we drove to each location which saved us time and headache.
While waiting, he helped another woman who was turned away from two other locations to help print a receipt that she lost for a package two weeks ago. He was the only person at the front desk managing the growing line on a Saturday.”
