“I brought my BMW M3 here after dealing with persistent suspension issues for months. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional and attentive. Gabe listened carefully to everything I described, took the car for a short drive, and within an hour had found the real source of the problem. A few bolts that mount the engine were loose, which had also caused alignment issues. He fixed everything quickly and precisely, and the car immediately felt perfect again.
I also met Kieran, the owner, who is very friendly, funny, and full of positive energy. He clearly takes pride in running an honest and capable shop. I went back later for an alignment and new tires, and once again the service was outstanding.

During my time there, the owner, Max, and Oscar walked me through the steps they would be taking in giving me four new tires and a wheel alignment. They were very friendly, courteous, and treated me with such kindness in answering all my questions. This business is family owned and owned by Latinos - they take great pride in their business and in building their community. The second time I went, I had a nail in my tire and they were the first ones I thought of to service my car. “I’m just here to say thank you for trying to align my car. The car was brought there twice for a front wheel alignment but couldn’t get it to stop diving to the right even though the wheel was straight. They ended up reimbursing me for the alignment. Now I’m not saying that they’re bad at aligning things. My car just require a lot more than what they’re equipped with since the rear of the car is custom and that’s a whole other story.
TLDR; they tried their best and couldn’t get the job done and they manned up and they gave me my money back and I can really appreciate that. I’ve brought many cars to them back in the day. Good to see y’all still kickin. Keep up the good work.

“What an excellent customer service experience I received on February 13th 2025. I desperately needed help with my flat tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I stopped by Mavis Tires and Brakes @ 4373 New Snapfinger Woods Drive to fix my flat tire. I met Carmel, Ace and Tyrone at the shop. It was almost getting to the end of the business day but they were ready to help. Carmel quickly got all my information into the computer. Tyrone quickly drove my Jeep Wagoneer into the shop to inspect all the tires and the flat tire.
Tyrone explained the flat tire issue to Carmel and Ace for the best plan of action. The flat tire was worn out and the best option will be to buy a new tire or install the spare tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I asked Tyrone to install the spare tire on the Wagoneer and I will take my vehicle to Discount Tires the next day since I have been using their services and warranties on my vehicles for so many years and a loyal customer.
Without no hesitation, Tyrone professionally installed the spare tire. Carmel and Ace provided the paper work for the service. To my surprise and amazement when I looked at the paper work it was $0.00 dollars and fees. They provided an excellent service without charging me any fees. I was completely blown aware by their collaborative and effective customer service experience I received from this three employees.
I congratulate you Carmel, Ace and Tyrone. A job well done!!!!”
