He was super sweet and he even put my tire back on my car for me after he got it on the rim (I came in on a spare)! I will be using in the future! I called once and no one answered so i started to head home for the day, but he took the time to call me back so made a U turn and got my tire fixed within 10 minutes!”

“Smith's Auto Repair has been the only business that I have taken my vehicles to be serviced at, since the doors opened. They have always provided me with excellent service by very knowledgeable technicians who ate highly skilled at their profession. Smith's Auto Repair is a great, laid-back, family-oriented business where you can make yourself a cup of coffee, sit on the couch, relax and watch television while you wait on your car to get fixed quickly and efficiently. The best part about going to an honest business, is that they will never try to sell you anything you don't need; however, they will warn you when it is time for things to be changed and tell you how long before parts will need to be replaced(which is awesome because it gives you time to prepare and save for larger jobs)! I also love that they explain what the problem was and why it happened. A special thanks to Steve, Scotty, Seth and Joe for making sure that my vehicles are always in top-notch condition and for being so friendly and knowledgeable!”

“They did everything they could to get it fixed the day of my appointment. I was unhappy about having to pay for the reprogramming when it didn't work, and they removed the charge. The service staff went out of their way to get me back in later that day without an appointment so they could get it fixed. Unfortunately, matter how hard they tried, it didn't work. I work in the court system and have a hard time keeping scheduled appointments, so they told me to bring it by when I can so they can get it taken care of. I really appreciate the effort the team put in to help me.”
“I was told by a nother truck repair shop that just for the components of my truck would cost over one grand not including the labor, but proctors towed my truck fixed it and the over all cost ended up $750. Great guys.”
“If I could give you 10 stars Eric, I would.Great communication, excellent work.I was referred to Eric by another mechanic to look at my transmission. While replacing my transmission he noticed my barrens needed replacing, so we scheduled the repairs. I picked up my car and wow! What a difference! The noise is gone and my car drove so much better. I could even hear myself talk. .I've had several other mechanics work on my car and at no time did they think to check my barrens. In one year, I had 2 sets of front brakes put on, new tires and had it aligned and I still had loud tires. I had lost hope in ever getting my car fixed right, until I went to Eric.Thank you Eric for everything you did for my car.I am grateful ? one more happy customer. ?”

“My daughter is in college in Rome, 7hrs from home. Mr. Ford and his staff have been great to her with repairs in the past. Today, someone rear-ended her car. She called Ford's and they sent someone out to inspect it to see if it's driveable on the spot. The mechanic was there as quickly as the police officer. Above and beyond service! Thank you Mike Ford's!!”
