“Lucas serviced my dishwasher that had stopped working. He was very detailed oriented and thorough in fixing the issue and provided tips on how I can get better performance from my machine. I am new to the area, he helped to educate me on the water type and precautions to take in my other appliances that use water. He was conscientious in cleaning up any mess from the repair. Friendly and personable, especially considering that I was the last stop of the day, it was late and he had had a long day. Very pleased.”

From the moment we walked into the store, they approached us and offered assistance without us even needing to ask. Their attentiveness and professionalism immediately stood out.

Angelia took the time to inform us about an excellent deal on materials that was available at that moment. We had not come to the store specifically looking for that material, but thanks to her knowledge and guidance, we discovered an opportunity that allowed us to finally move forward with a project we had been planning for many months.

James was equally impressive. He helped us gather all the materials we needed and provided valuable information about everything required to complete the project correctly. He also made the checkout process much easier by allowing us to pay directly at his desk inside the store, which was extremely helpful since we were purchasing a large amount of heavy materials.

What truly made the experience exceptional was their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn’t just help us inside the store — they also walked with us to the parking lot and helped load everything into our vehicle.
