“My husband Joseph and I recently came in and purchased a beautiful $2500 bed from Cale. He was so helpful from the minute we walked in the door. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with! We have purchased other furniture from American Freight in the past and have never been dissatisfied. Thank you Cale and thank you American Freight! Joseph and Angela Bowers”

“I had an incredible experience at Savannah Cleaning Systems today. Not only was the staff extremely helpful, but I also got to meet the owner — and he personally helped me load my new pressure washer into my rig. He took the time to give me real, hands‑on advice about soft washing and pressure washing that you normally only learn from years in the field. That level of personal attention is rare. This is a company that genuinely supports its customers, and I’ll be coming back for all my equipment needs. I also want to do a shout out to Mr. Lee from Lee's Pressure Washing LLC. Even as a competitor he rises above the standard battle of being at the top to work together in unity and personally gave me the assistance to get where I needed to be. While at Savannah Cleaning Systems I informed them Mr Lee sent me and it was nothing but positive team work to provide all our customers with outstanding service.”

“They always seem to have the odd parts you cant get elsewhere in town. Try finding micro switches anywhere else other than Fox Appliances. They had what I needed and it wasnt even for an appliance!”

“Kevin from Coastal Ice was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, caring, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process of selecting a new ice machine. It’s rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their work and truly looks out for their customers. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend this company!”

“I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything. Please ask for Jen and I'm sure you will not leave disappointed.”

“David Holnesd in the Millwork department at Home Depot store 0122 provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I ordered the correct windows, not just a close match. He took the time to explain measurements, options, and differences clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress free. David knows his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. Because of his help, I’m confident the order was done correctly the first time. This level of service is exactly why I keep coming back. Home Depot is fortunate to have someone like David in Millwork. Excellent experience from start to finish.”

“Although I cancelled an order I placed online today, I will try the Victoey Blvd. location out in person because of the professionalism of the manager, Hyman C. He listened to my concerns and I felt he really cared about the customer service issue I had. I've found it best not to do business at Home Depot on Saturdays, and I learned today that it is probably best not to order online. My best experiences are when I go into the local Home Depot to survey products available. Then you can usually get the help you need. Thank you, Home Depot, for resolving my customer service issue at the store.”

“Through the years Home Depot has been a "go to" for me when searching for holiday and seasonal decorations, outdoor flowers and plants, paint supplies, some bathroom plumbing supplies and pesticides. My experiences have been mostly positive. I've not purchased appliances from Home Depot, building supplies or ordered custom cabinetry.”

“Great experience. Everyone is so friendly. I’m from New York and you’re lucky if you get a smile from someone and if you do, it’s probably their first day on the floor. One individual who went above and beyond was “Scott” that worked in the tool rental area. I asked him to do me a big favor and without question he assisted taking his time to make certain the ask was done correctly. In all honesty, I didn’t expect this Home Depot to fulfill my request and wouldn’t have been angry as it’s not something that’s expected from the Home Depot but to my surprise… Scott is the main reason for this review. If not for him, it would have been average visit and I wouldn’t have put a review in but due to this exceptional positive experience, mainly due to Scott’s professionalism and dedication, I’ll certainly be coming back to this Home Depot for future needs.”

“I just like to say how great this store is, but I have two young ladies that I would like to give a lot of credit to precious from the first day I walked in but very kind and helpful and patient. SHe walked me through it step by step And I think she's a doll. SHe's a really nice person. Great personality And the other one is shante. Very helpful. Very patient also you have a very good staff here. Your delivery man everybody they were just so nice. Every everything was so great. I used to be a customer a Rent-A-Center which I left them because of the way they treated me here and I just I mean you just got a good group here but I'm sorry precious was the first one that came in contact with and she's really the one that sold me on everything. So I just like to say that whatever you do they have a great group”
