“This O'Reilly auto parts store was a lifesaver for me! On a drive from Virginia to Florida, my radiator popped and the car overheated. Luckily, I wasn't too far from the O'Reilly auto parts in Pooler so I carefully drove there and both Linda Gail and Maddison went above and beyond to source a replacement radiator for me and have it delivered there to the store in less than one hour! I replaced it in the parking lot and was able to continue my drive down to Florida. Thank you so much Madison and Linda Gail!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Joe Hudson. They had us in there the day after the accident, handled everything with insurance, moved the vehicle to their other shop, at their expense, to get it done sooner, had it back to us over a week early and kept us updated throughout when anything was done to the vehicle. The repairs were perfect and they are a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. They even touched up a few places unrelated to the accident just because it needed doing. I’ll certainly be back.”

“Carmen at the front desk was absolutely incredible. My friend and I were on a road trip from Tennessee and a piece of wood had gotten stuck in the tire. We needed to make it 6 hours back home. Carmen made sure we got a new tire and were back on the road even though we were a walk in and the shop was fully booked with appointments for the day. She was very kind and even worked through her lunch break to make sure we got taken care of, she was truly a blessing! We would not have made it without her.”
