“Hands down the best buying experience we have ever had. The gentleman at Critz GMC in Savannah truly understand customer service. From the moment my husband and I stepped onto the lot, we never felt pressured, never felt that uncomfortable sales pitch feel. Instead we were greeted politely by our salesman Jaeden. Jaeden was very knowledgeable and passionate regarding the GMC trucks and it showed. My husband had a lot of questions, comparing their brand to the Chevrolet brand we have been looking at and test driving. Jaeden was able to clarify the differences, and we were impressed. Again, there was no pressure, and once we finished asking questions and taking test drives, he offered to put it all down on paper for us - not once did he ask us for our own car keys (competitors do this a lot), take our DL from us (another competitor tactic), or run our credit (another common tactic to lock you in). We met the manager, went over the estimates, made some adjustments, and again never felt pressured but felt confident we would get a fair deal. We walked away with a couple of options we were interested in to think about. We talked it over and decided on a specific truck we loved, the GMC Sierra 1500 SLT 6.2L. I called back and spoke with Mike in the finance dept to ask a few questions and start the process, never once feeling pressured or mislead. Within minutes we had an approval with a lower interest rate than what GM Financing was offering, and a specific time for pickup and to sign the papers. Signing took less than 30 minutes and it was simple. Their communication was excellent through the process by text and phone. We were able to continue through our day (had lunch, hit an art festival and all) as they worked in the background getting everything ready for us. They secured several rebates for us including a $1000 rebate through our Costco membership and GMC rebates as promised. Jaeden took his time going through all the features of the truck with my husband in great detail (it was a lot of fun to watch those guys geeking out over all the bells and whistles this truck had) and setting up the app with each of us, etc. When we drove away, wifi was set up and we could all access it, including our teenager, yep he really took the time to do this with everyone individually. As a side note, I’ve had 2 prior Chevy SUVs with wifi I could never access because the dealer didn’t bother taking the time to do this and the salesman claimed not to know how to set it up or where to find the password (Chevy dealers in and out of town). Mike our finance guy was very personable and relatable. He hustled hard to get us taken care of quickly as he knew we had some place to be that evening! I can’t say enough about the joy of this experience. Thanks you all at Critz for being so awesome. I hope you all realize how you’ve forever changed my perspective on what car/truck buying can and should actually be like! Thanks for the excellent experience team, keep up the great work! No doubt, you will see me again.”

“Took my 2018 340i in after having battery /voltage issues. They diagnosed that the alternator had went bad and I would need a new alternator and battery and positive battery cable . They quoted me 2600.00 for this service. I didn't have much choice and ended up having it fixed . So far no issues . My only problem is price Alex is extremely high I ended up paying 2413. Charging over 800 for labor also he gouges on parts . The alternator I was charged 1044.00 for when I have found many OEM alternators with the same part number for between 5 to 700. Overall Great but not perfect .”
