“Excellent work, excellent people, and an incredibly friendly team that treated us very well. When I went in for an alignment, balancing, and tire replacement, they were very professional and did an outstanding job.
I especially want to recognize the manager and all of the employees. They did excellent work, and their kindness did not feel forced at all—it felt genuinely sincere. The mechanics also do a fantastic job, especially the mechanic with dreadlocks who wears glasses.
I would also like to mention that on another occasion, my mother brought her vehicle in to have a tire replaced. The person who assisted her, Sharolyn, was extremely kind and helpful. Despite the language barrier, they took the time to help her and provided excellent service. The tire and the car were left in perfect condition.
I definitely recommend Mavis to anyone looking for these types of services. Their service is truly 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would!”

“After several months of dealing with a recurring P0420 issue and multiple unsuccessful repair attempts elsewhere, Hometown Auto Care was the shop that finally diagnosed and fixed my vehicle correctly.
From the beginning, they took a methodical, professional approach. They thoroughly diagnosed the underlying issues, repaired problems that had been overlooked, installed a genuine OEM GM catalytic converter sourced through the local Chevrolet dealership, completed the necessary testing, and ultimately resolved the problem. My vehicle has been running exactly as it should ever since.
What impressed me just as much was their honesty and customer service. They communicated clearly throughout the process, their labor charges were very reasonable, and they even applied a military discount without me asking. They also provided a nationwide warranty and towing coverage should one of their repairs ever fail, which gave me tremendous confidence in the quality of their work.

“While traveling from Florida back home to the northeast we encountered a bubble in our tire. Which could have stranded us with kids on 95 in the heat. We went from shop to shop trying to find someone who could help us on a Saturday at 4 o’clock. No one had the time or ability until we found this shop. The manager was able to get us back on the road as fast as possible even though they were busy with other customers. This shop and specifically the manager Jon has restored my faith in humanity. After I got a flat tire, the employees Tom and Manny went above and beyond by staying after their shift to help me change it. “On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn't even see her coming. Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.”
“Carmen at the front desk was absolutely incredible. My friend and I were on a road trip from Tennessee and a piece of wood had gotten stuck in the tire. We needed to make it 6 hours back home. Carmen made sure we got a new tire and were back on the road even though we were a walk in and the shop was fully booked with appointments for the day.
