“I visited Car Wash Express using the touchless wash after hours June 27. After the touchless wash, it looked as if my car had not been washed at all...it was basically just wet.

I came back during business hours to kindly let them know what I had experienced, as I had paid $20 for the touchless wash. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and let me go through the auto wash WITH the brushes and hand washed with a brush my rims as well as front and rear windshield. He offered me a microfiber rag, in addition to 2 coins for the vacuum.

When my car came out of the wash it was sparkling clean, not one speck of dirt that I could see!

No place is perfect. I was dissatisfied with the touchless wash. I respectfully & kindly communicated my experience. The young man heard me and out of his own kindness, rectified the situation, ABOVE & BEYOND.

“Very nice facility. Great location for supercharging and clean bathroom BUT, we made purchases and my husband used his cup and filled it with ice and you charged .69 cents? We travel a lot and have only had to pay once for ice and that was because I got a cup. I can get that but just for frozen water where you had mounds of it sitting in the dispenser trays waiting to melt and go down the drain? Nah... If you are making purchases, ice should be free. It's a good will gesture. It's the little things that can make or break an experience.”
