“I had the most amazing experience at the Zumiez in Pooler today. Upon walking in I noticed the store was spotless and well organized. I had some difficulties with a shoe that I had on reserve, but wasn’t actually in the store due to shipping errors. The manager on duty, Alexis was extremely helpful and did everything in her power to make sure I got the shoe that I needed before my deadline. Talk about amazing customer service. Alexis is incredible! 10/10 will be returning to this store for all my Zumiez needs. Thank you!!”
“J.Crew Factory is larger than the one downtown Savannah. Easy to access to. Lots more elections. They cary some petite size. Sale items are limited, where's there are more online ?Staffs were good... Enough. Adequate. ?????????”
“I had great service today at the outlet. It was a bit disturbing that there was only two employees in the crowded store and no manager. The young lady at the register had a smile on her face and the greatest customer service despite just coming from the dentist. Management is failing the employees.”
“This store is very well lit, clean and organized. Levi has done a nice job of staying relevant with the times. They try and use sustainable products in their jeans and all the other items. There was a small handbag there made of recycled water bottles. The drawback of using new materials is we have no idea how they wear or stretch over time. And the jeans are sure expensive so it a real gamble. The staff is very friendly. And making online returns (Levi charges for returns through the mail) are made easy there.”

“Gabby thank you for your top tier customer service. To be young, she’s full of knowledge on her scrub brands and how they fit customers sizes. I’m new to the nursing field and knew nothing about the different scrub brands ,she helped me out so much. I told her I just wanted to be cute and comfortable. I love their point system as well. At least my money is going towards some deals I can use later on.”

“I am a local and visit this store very often and always have the best time shopping in here bc of the great staff. Last night was a little different as i was a little bothered by the behavior of the manager in charge named Mabry. The sweetest young lady by the name of Avery welcomed us in and was extremely helpful and as i shopped I heard her welcoming every guest, she helped me pick out perfect christmas gifts for my children along the side of a young man that I sadly did not get his name so i can give him his kudos as well. He was young with shoulder length curly hair(very helpful). The young lady was in the middle of a conversation helping me and Mabry interrupts us and very rudely tells this young lady to start folding t-shirts on the table. Avery was trying to help me and as if she was not rude enough to this poor girl i watch her and she walks off and stops and gives her the dirtiest look almost daring her to not start folding while she is helping a guest and then rolls her eyes and walks off. I continue to watch this manager bc if this was my daughter I would never want a manger to treat her this way. It was almost like she was just waiting for her to make a mistake so she could scold her in front of the whole store. The manager could not even do her closing duties for staring down this sweet young lady. Then here she goes again yelling across the store for her to stop leaning on the table. The way this manager Mabry talked to this young lady was very disturbing to myself and other customers and the way it looked Avery was doing a better job than the manager and maybe she needs to be demoted and Avery promoted. Palmetto moon has the best customer service from every employee i have ever came in contact with a this manager is definitely not a good fit. I myself am a manager and would never speak to my staff in the manner that she did. Mabry is the only thing negative i can say about this wonderful store and staff!!”

I had the absolute BEST experience at the Charlotte Russe in Pooler, GA! The staff here are incredibly sweet, funny, and so genuinely helpful, it honestly felt more like shopping with friends than anything else. They went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and even helped me style a few pieces. The whole vibe of the store was upbeat and positive, and you can tell the team truly enjoys what they do. I left not only with cute clothes but also in a much better mood than when I walked in. Thank you for making my day, ladies! ? I’ll definitely be back!”

“My husband had the time of his life shopping at this GAP outlet store on the last day of our GA vacation! The associates were very helpful in our navigation of the various discounts and item sizes. The manager also let us know about the option to order items online for shipping if needed sizes were not available in the store. Lizette at the cash register was very kind and patient while processing our purchases/online orders. Overall my husband walked away with 10 items (variety of slim fit pants, t-shirts, shorts, and button-up shirts) for around $200. These items would have been double the price in our hometown. What a great shopping experience!”
“I always like this place to go shopping and I have never had a complaint about its staff, I found the guy with the beard very attentive with very good attitude and always with customers, today I did not like the attitude of a As for the cashiers, I imagine that she is new and her attitude was not the best. It would be sad that she did it with other customers and the guy with the beard helped her and wanted to explain and told her in front of me that he should do it, the very attentive one. He did it but in reality I think he didn't like that we asked him a question but the best thing was to learn how to solve it. Likewise, train. I love this store, I just leave this for a note.
