“This store is very well lit, clean and organized. Levi has done a nice job of staying relevant with the times. They try and use sustainable products in their jeans and all the other items. There was a small handbag there made of recycled water bottles. The drawback of using new materials is we have no idea how they wear or stretch over time. And the jeans are sure expensive so it a real gamble. The staff is very friendly. And making online returns (Levi charges for returns through the mail) are made easy there.”

Etc, etc, etc.) Easy location to reach and best of all, they can order stuff for you if you need a different size or color (if the object comes in different colors or sizes, of course) and they can handle returns from online purchases. “I am a local and visit this store very often and always have the best time shopping in here bc of the great staff. Last night was a little different as i was a little bothered by the behavior of the manager in charge named Mabry. The sweetest young lady by the name of Avery welcomed us in and was extremely helpful and as i shopped I heard her welcoming every guest, she helped me pick out perfect christmas gifts for my children along the side of a young man that I sadly did not get his name so i can give him his kudos as well. He was young with shoulder length curly hair(very helpful). The young lady was in the middle of a conversation helping me and Mabry interrupts us and very rudely tells this young lady to start folding t-shirts on the table. Avery was trying to help me and as if she was not rude enough to this poor girl i watch her and she walks off and stops and gives her the dirtiest look almost daring her to not start folding while she is helping a guest and then rolls her eyes and walks off. I continue to watch this manager bc if this was my daughter I would never want a manger to treat her this way. It was almost like she was just waiting for her to make a mistake so she could scold her in front of the whole store. The manager could not even do her closing duties for staring down this sweet young lady. Then here she goes again yelling across the store for her to stop leaning on the table. The way this manager Mabry talked to this young lady was very disturbing to myself and other customers and the way it looked Avery was doing a better job than the manager and maybe she needs to be demoted and Avery promoted. Palmetto moon has the best customer service from every employee i have ever came in contact with a this manager is definitely not a good fit. I myself am a manager and would never speak to my staff in the manner that she did. Mabry is the only thing negative i can say about this wonderful store and staff!!”

“My husband had the time of his life shopping at this GAP outlet store on the last day of our GA vacation! The associates were very helpful in our navigation of the various discounts and item sizes. The manager also let us know about the option to order items online for shipping if needed sizes were not available in the store. Lizette at the cash register was very kind and patient while processing our purchases/online orders. Overall my husband walked away with 10 items (variety of slim fit pants, t-shirts, shorts, and button-up shirts) for around $200. These items would have been double the price in our hometown. What a great shopping experience!”

“Ok so movie Zumiez with a hatred because I always spend a lot there, but I enjoy everything I buy and love what they have. This particular visit was terrible because I was greeted by this silver tongued devil. I only wanted one sweatshirt but she used her devilish charms and got me to buy 4 hoodies and a pair of shorts. She knew what she was doing and she knew I couldn’t help myself from feeling gluttonous. I believe her name was Annie (sorry if I misspelled it), but she’s a great employee for sure”

“I came in on a tuesday looking for an outdit for my birthday. The whole outlet was pretty chill. I started my day by coming in here. The associate asked if i needed help or if i was just browsing. I loved that question it gives me a chance to let them know that I'm just trying to enjoy myself. I told her I was browsing and she just let me be. Which I appreciate a lot. Her presence was inviting and calming. She apologized because she was on hold with her tech support and had it on speaker, which I did not mind at all. I tried on a few things and then I was on my way. The whole experience was perfect to start my day, it was relaxing. I wish I had asked her name but tbh I would have forgotten by now im so bad with names ????”

“Update: seems someone new actually does know what they are doing. I went in yesterday and the 3 dresses I picked were tagged correctly, no holes this time where the security magnetic tags was placed... So I will change my rating. I'm still not happy about my shirts with holes now but I'm super happy about my dresses.Who ever is in charge of tagging clothes really needs proper training or needs to be fired for ruining the clothes. They have placed the security tag and pricing tag either on the middle back of the shirt or middle of the sleeve. This is not correct. This way causes holes to form in those spots where these tags are after first wash. I bought 3 shirts tagged like that and all 3 have holes in them after first wash in those spots now where the security tag was placed. To properly tag clothes so no holes develop, the magnetic tags needs to be on the INSEAM of the collar. Or arm pit inseam but NEVER on the mid back section of a shirt. I guess it's a blessing you tag your clothes wrong because it stops me from spending a lot of money. Just imagine what a person would spend if clothes were tagged properly without fear of holes developing after first wash. At least TJ Maxx tags their clothes properly.”
