“You just don't find customer service like this anywhere else! Good selection of clothing and accessories. First time shopping here and was extremely satisfied and surprised with the level of attention and detail from the guy helping us. I was looking for clothes for a wedding and needed assistance. He helped with any concerns we had and assisted us in making better informed choices. Very pleased with the items we selected. Shoe stores don't help make sure you have correctly fitted shoes but Johnston & Murphy did and THANK YOU!! This shopping experience was as close to perfection as you can get. If you receive half the quality of we had I think you will be pleased.”

“We have been going here for close to 20 years and always have a great experience. My husband uses his work boot voucher while I pet kitties and talk to birds.
Our experience is that if you want something in a different size, they will order it for you. They have a large selection to chose from including several brands and styles. We have mostly only bought Timberland work boots and work socks but I have snagged some fun shoes more than once.
Staff is always helpful and kind and we highly recommend.”

“I had great service today at the outlet. It was a bit disturbing that there was only two employees in the crowded store and no manager. The young lady at the register had a smile on her face and the greatest customer service despite just coming from the dentist. Management is failing the employees.”

“I just left Rack Room shoes in search of some summer sandals. I went to tj maxx and Ross first but they didn’t have any that I liked so I’m glad I came and I got TWO sandals for 45 dollars! “I was at my wit's end. I had a long day at work because I wore the insole of my left shoe out. There was a hole and it felt like someone was stabbing my foot all day. I went to the Skechers outlet on Abercorn and it was a terrible experience. I was feeling frustrated, anxious, in pain, and overwhelmed but I needed new work shoes. So I went to the Skechers outlet in Pooler and La'Ravia was a godsend. She saw me get ready to have a mental breakdown and was patient with me. She was very kind. At that moment, I really needed that. After I composed myself, she helped me with the entire process. She explained some of the different shoes and how much better some were compared to other shoes I was looking at. She showed me that I had to work discount that I didn't even know about. She was so great and I hope the next time I need shoes, she is still working there”
