“Outstanding service I had to go to Red Wing further down the road to get my 3-year-old leather belt oil so it would not break down anymore than it has. I looked at steel toed sneakers but the sales associates ran in the back never asked me if I wanted to try a pair on. Upon doing a Google search I found this place the owner was very friendly and attentive I will be doing business with him again if I am ever in the area. Local business that never shut down during covid five stars I'd give him 10 if I could even printed up a custom receipt so I could get reimbursed at work”

“I've recently had a surgery on my r-foot, so I can only wear certain shoes. I live an hour and a half from Pooler, and today while browsing online I finally found the Asics I was looking for at FF. I called the store to make sure they were in stock. Mrs. Teresa was the most helpful salesperson I've dealt with in years!!! She made sure the shoes I wanted to try on were in stock. After few hours I made the drive to Pooler. When I arrived she had three boxes behind the counter waiting for me... That's service! Not only was she prepared, she was so nice and helpful. After trying on the shoes that I was somewhat satisfied with. She listened to my situation and suggested another shoe that fit every need I had even better. I can see why she's the manager.”

The only thing that I have to say bad is that with my son's BRAND NEW shoes only ONE shoe lit up and they are new.Other than that this place is a good place to buy shoes just make sure that everything is the same for both shoes before you buy. “We were greeted immediately upon entering the shop. The staff person I worked with was very knowledgable and helped me choose the correct option for my specific requirements (both fit and goals). I was impressed by the electronic scanning of my feet and how that information guided the sales person toward the correct fitting shoe. She showed me several options and even helped by using my current orthopedic insoles inside the styles I was trying on. I left with a perfect pair of shoes for me and enjoyed my first run in them afterwards! Thank you.”
